There will be a new blindwater release, including Barnny 2 and the Drakodile. Pics will be coming momentarily I imagine.

I'm glad it isn't covered in Faction-specific decorations, so it can be used unmodified as a wild dracodile in IKRPG. I wish it was quadrupedal, though...

I really hope the Dracodile's animus turns everything within 5" of him to water. If you just get to place a pond or some crap, i'ma be sad. The dude with the pot looks really neat. He can just generate corpse tokens and hand em out to bone swarms. I really, really, hope it doesn't get the same rule as the Death Knell in terms of handing out the tokens. If it just says "friendly" that would be great. I could put corpses on my spawning vessel and spit out shredders almost reliably... Which I think is the only hordes piece outside of minions that uses corpses (after the throne change)

Grymkin uses all the corpses, and legion's still got the pot

Depending on how the direct corpses ability works, it could make for an interesting addition to a Midas and Bokor-based list.
Sturm and Drang wouldn't necessarily mind a unit of Spell Slaves either.

Been spending some time in the faux dojo and am pretty uncertain on the Dracodile.
First, I love the Dracodile model, that thing looks amazing.
Second, I am having a hard time seeing how it will be useful or competitive, particularly given that we have been down this same exact road before. Consider: when they were making the M2 to Mk3 transition, the Mountain King received the Rage animus, shared with the Mauler. The design space issue that PP was trying to solve by doing this was that the Mauler was always mathematically the correct choice over the Mountain King. The MtnK was Pow 19, the Mauler was 16+3, same Pow, half the cost. The argument existed to take the Mauler to Rage the MtnK, so now you are spending the equivalent of 3 Maulers, or 1 MtnK + 1 Mauler, and under the Fury system, 3 Maulers is generally better because of the increased number of attacks.
This is something I see being repeated again with the Dracodile. If you break down which of the 5 Gator warlocks really want a Gargantuan (unlike Skorne the pig ones can't take it), then I only come up with Rask and Maelok. The big draw to Maelok is to have a very solid Death Pact target, as a +4 arm feat swing is demonstrably very, very strong on a huge base due to the number of boxes. But then I'd like to be able to run the Dracodile with him without taking a Wrastler, but I am not going to pay double the points for the same output, or half the output of x2 Wrastlers.
Additionally, if you look at the IKRPG, the Dracodile was never exactly a hard hitter to begin with. This may change, but bear in mind the OG Battle Boar was copy/paste from that book, then nerfed in the edition change. Finally, it will need to be balanced around Skorne. Skorne can support it better, with free charges and the ability to actually swing the Pow higher than Gators can. (Enrage + Abuse + Rage = +7 Pow, +2 Spd, free charge for additional attack; Enrage + Rage + Feat = +8 Pow swing)
So I am definitely interested, but not quite excited, because I have seen this play out before.

Personally with what we know about the Drakodile I am beginning to feel that it will actually in some ways be a utility beast. If the animus is really shallow water within AOE 5 then that's a 15'' circle of water if you include the base in a force that is mostly amphibious. Also the option to mass apply blind can be powerful. This may be a bad comparison but I'm thinking about something along the lines of the Retribution Helios who provides other things to the army besides a beat stick.

I agree that 5" of water can be very strong - and with both the Dracodile and your Warlock casting it, a very large portion of your army gains Concealment (which significantly fewer things ignore in mk3).
With Rage, it doesn't need a ton of native hitting power. If it pretty much one-rounds anything anyway, it doesn't really matter if Skorne buffs it to higher damage output (also, Barnabas2 seems to come with Death Shroud and there is also Parasite and Mortality, so the hitting power is probably comparable).
Also, that thing in a Swamp Pit could cause a lot of frustration (sure, you can ignore the Dracodile and kill Barnabas but if the Dracodile is 12" in front of him (well, 7" with a roughly 5" base) you still have to position carefully or it will charge first.
