I've been thinking that while they're a lot of units that are underused, a lot of them is because something else in the slot competes with them. Just so I don't accidentally overbuff something, I was wondering - in your faction, what do you guys think is just broken? For us Khadarons I'd say; Komnandos - Even if their preferred target was here they don't have the attacks to take things down at that cost. I'd recommend either Quick Work or Point Blank. MOW Demo Corps - These guys are just not hard hitting enough for their point cost. Recommend either dismantle at POW 14 or Rapid Strike. MOW Bombadiers - A pet peeve for me that these guys have different Bombards then literally everyone else in faction. Range 14 POW 14 AOE 4 nothing else. Fortunately, Khador is blessed with mostly good units just some don't have themes, but I know others like Storyboard and Kriel Warriors need help. What do you guys think need help, and how?

Bastions and Deliverers - business as usual. Perhaps Zealots could use a bit of a buff to make them more interesting with more casters. Other than that most things are good enough and some of them are great.

Kossite Woodsmen. An Ambush unit and now I'm bitter that just about every ambush unit is better. The coming Troll one will come with Ambushing bears that can wreck warjacks.

In the transition, Legionnaires lost rules, went up in price, and had their competition buffed.
Ogrun are suffering the typical heavy infantry blues.

Long Gunners Precursors Stormguard Silverline Gun Mages Black 13th
None of these units have any kind of a place at all.

So would so bloody mat and rat. Expert hunters my butt, unless they hunt barn doors.

The idea is "Well Back strikes are almost guaranteed" but then they are still SO inaccurate that it barely even compensates

Delivers- these guys just need a purpose Heavy infantry in general- can we get those 3 hit points back? We kinda needed those... Kossites- overpriced and can't fight their way out of a wet paper bag, how they survive in the frozen woods is a miracle Vengers, and heavy cab in general- could use a point drop and more hit boxes. 8 would be a good spot for heavy cab.
Pretty much 90% of units need point drops to reflect their utility in mk3. Units are overpriced relative to jacks. 2-3 points mostly across the board would be a start.

Would a +1 rat bump be enough? Back strike would be a hard swing.
They'd be hitting models that are normally def 16-17 on average, and each killing 5 box solos with 15 arm on average. For dirt cheap models that can ambush and threaten stuff 19" in from each board edge, that strikes me as a bit much.
I want Kossites to be good, but it's hard to balance a unit of 10 guys for 11 points with ambush.

Just make them more expensive then. Make them actually elite hunters. Maybe give them "Hunter"?

Blood pack is garbage in literally every way, rat 6 without boosting is not too impressive considering they all cost 3 points each. Just blah bad at everything they do. Give them Prey and I would actually consider them.
Woldstalkers are pretty bad when you compare them to reeves. If they were cheaper (like 8 points) I would cinsider taking 2 units in certain list. Being construct is actually one of the biggest hindrances for them as the casters that would use them and support them (wurmy, Mohsar) really like living troopers.
Bastions...suppossed to be defensive but die to a stiff breeze and require way to much support to work. Cinerators are always a better option. They need wall of steel (+2 arm) or defensive line and up to def 12 or something to help them survive cheap dude charges.
Druids of orboros...too expensive for not enough utility. I can never justify them. Inaccurate and need to play up close where their victim stats typically fail them.
Troll Scouts...seriously give them native ambush or something...they just have no purpose.

Guys, guys. I give you High Shields, one of the most mystifying units in the game. RAT 5, SPD 4 with Shield Wall, Range 10, POW 10, for 16pts, or 21pts with the UA which gives them an extra move if they attack that activation, and one turn of firing twice with their mighty guns. And then, to prove that someone at PP has a sense of humour, they got buffed for Mk3 by getting Combined Melee Attack with their P+S 9 axes. They can have decent armour as they crawl up the board, and be then unable to do anything because either they're killed by good ranged infantry, engaged, or all their targets are engaged.
Of course, you can continue to fight for second place, but the winner is clear.

Those unpopular units from my faction are the worst!
