So I assume that Carver is your anti-armour list, since this really doesn't do much at all into armour. I'd actually be a bit concerned at how little anti-armour this list has. You could probably whittle down 2-3 heavies, but there's a substantial number of even more infantry heavy builds that will give you trouble.
I don't think Brigands without Warlords are a very good idea. They don't hit particularly hard or particularly accurately without some kind of buff, and the best Sturm and Drang can offer them is TK which is too expensive to make infantry hunting viable (they don't hit hard enough for it to make them heavy hunters on its own). I would look at swapping Targ for a Warlord for the second max unit and dropping the minimum unit entirely. You could use the points for either Bone Grinders to increase the range of Sturm and Drang's TK, or do a bit of a Warbeast reshuffle to get a Meat Thresher into the list.
I reaaaaally like the Meat Thresher with Sturm and Drang. Polarity Shield is the best support spell we have for it, and it benefits a lot from the rest of Sturm's kit. And if the errata goes through as the CID indicated it's about to get a lot better.

Azahul, Danfromchicago, stop it! You are messing up my painting schedule by bringing the Meat Thresher back on the table OK, back on topic: I think the list you have proposed contains too much infantry for Sturm & Drang and might be a better fit for Midas (although you would have to add some Bone Grinders) or maybe even Helga (whom I haven't played enough to really know well). I would remove the Splatter Boar on Rorsh and all but the max Brigands + CA to get a Meat Thresher in there (and maybe even some Commandoes because they can be Prowled by the Thresher now). Sturm & Drang love "big pieces" to TK around. If, on the other hand, you really wanted to play all that infantry, Midas can turn Gun Boars, Razorbacks and Brigands into surprisingly accurate and damaging models. I played a Midas infantry swarm into a Karchev heavy spam list recently and was quite surprised by the potential damage output.
