So it might be do to the creepy card player thread, but did anyone else notice that the Khador board has over 5,000 posts and the next closest faction has less than 2,000.... Even the general discussion does not have more than Khador! (~4,100 in general discussion)
I say it is due to the fact the Khador is the best and we just love to talk about how much better we are than everyone else! What are your theories? (It could also be due to posts like this that serve no other point then to eat up the last several minutes of my work day....)
Enjoy!

It's because every Khadoran player is like Harkevich.
Big friendly and hairy.
Even the female players.
Especially the female players.

Well, it could be because for some time, Khador was among the few factions that fit the "Community" mold in the faction community forums. One of the reasons the Creepy Card Player thread could exist as it does is just how the community relates to each other.
I frequently called it our barroom where Khador players were always willing to share a drink and discuss, debate, argue, and have a bar fight over our hobby. No matter how much we'd disagree, we were still a community and we enjoyed that aspect. So naturally we'd gravitate to a place like this to continue that as we aren't as welcome in the Privateer Press world any more.

Essentially the Khador internet forum community is a good one. Self policing. In part I think that comes from the long view of history. Khador was pure ridiculous awesome sauce in MK1, had problems in MK2, and is in a good place in MK3. It provides perspective and reduces the salt tears as well as discourages, mostly, folks trolling with "git good"

Plus a lot of us, like me, plan to never get good! That helps keep things friendly!

And how many games have you played with Khador in mkiii?
Shun the pointy ears! Shun! Also I'd describe Sorscha as bitter and bad with men.

Well I'd play you.
Except we are about as far away from each other as you can get. There's a pretty big ocean between us and I don't trust airlines with my toys!

I have no opinion whatsoever on Sorscha. But I think the Khador forum (wherever it is currently) is a happy place. We seem to be in a good mental place, kinda like the Russians and Wendan. Where we look at the bright side for the most part. I used to love the old forum in MKII and the prevalent attitude there. We were low in power but high in spirit. This place has that feel. The only difference is we are more powerful now! 😈

Its because Khador gained the most and suffered the least in the transition.

I think that a player's primary faction that they play is a reflection of them.
Khador does not generally rely upon gimmicks or odd-ball shenanigans to win games, we rely upon applying tactics to win games. If we lose a game, we realize that we need to learn either what we did wrong or the other guy's schtick to make sure we don't lose the the next game. That takes a certain amount of being honest with yourself, and that translates into being honest and helpful with each other also.
Or maybe it's because we are the faction with big red stompy robots. What's not to love?

I think as Blargaliscious said, that Khador is in a place where we have enough strength and options that we can match any foe. Because of this we are in a position where any problems we face, can be mulled over and discussed and debated etc. in order to find one of several solutions. This in itself promotes and encourages discussion, hence more posts. Plus we have wendan. (Not to exclude anyone else)

I like where everybody knows your name. It's always been a reliable and friendly, self policing, straight shooting community. Its about time, by the way, for another MOW fandboy thread.

I sometimes get the impression that Khador has more players than many factions. Well, I think a lot of new players pick Khador as their starting faction at any rate. Or maybe that was just back when the two-player battlebox was Khador and Protectorate? Is there even a two player battlebox right now?
