The Butcher List is supposed to be for attrition, with hard hitting multi-wounders, while Strakhov is gunning for an assassination. Is there any particular issues you see?

Cryptix, I like the Strak list. It'll work. I don't understand the Butcher 1 list so much. You're got a lot of The Legion list in there...why not just round that out? Or play a second Jaws list with more jacks, and maybe a unit of Kayazy Assassins? Or a Butcher 1 list with. WGRC boat and some artillery and the rest jacks! (He will appreciate the advance moves).
And also...I've sworn off taking any Butcher without Ruin.

If you're happy out of theme for Butcher1, the MoW + Uhlan combo works well.
I'm less convinced by the Forgeseers, Markov and the jack loadout.
Forgeseers + Malakov are essentially support that I am not convinced you need. 5 Uhlans can usually manage themselves such that tactician isn't needed.
As for jacks, Butcher1 should have Ruin to give some anti-upkeep ability. Butcher's great into ARM heavy lists, but ARM and DEF buffs can spoil his day. Ruin helps with that. He's also quite focus efficient and brings some more pathfinder. Otherwise, I think he benefits from a more diverse jack loadout. I'd definitely thing of a couple of Kodiaks, just to get some additional anti-infantry into the list.

Apart form the obvious question what to drop into GF it looks fine.
Strakov with all jacks (except Eliminators) is a good thing. Its a bit light on attrition but great with terrain.
the butcher list looks okay too. Just the notion of trying for Attrition outside of a theme force seems a bit weird to me.

I don't like the 4x Marauders + 2x Seers. You're paying points to load up pow 16 attacks, seems weak. Take Ruin or upgrade 1 Marauder to Juggernaut or drop Seers. I also don't like Mows+Uhlans with no shooting. You have 2 units that both want Iron flesh because they just sit there and get shot at by everything. I'd replace one for WGRC.
Strakhov list needs repairs, you'll have trouble with dice spikes randomly crippling you out of shooting on Behemoth or charges on other stuff. Otherwise it's fine.

Funny thing concerning the Marauders and Seers - I just posted what the list originally looked like, but I was told by someone else that I needed a faster element in the list so I ended up shoehorning it in.

I also think you're spending far too much on Mechaniks. You've got 14 models with Repair for 17 repairable models. I really don't think you need that much in the list. You could: Drop one min unit for a War Dog. Helps Butcher1 in the late game, when he may not be just a buff bot (especially as he is your hardest hitting model) Drop a min unit for the Mechanik Officer. Girded is good. But you've still got three points spare anyway. So why not drop the max unit of Mechniks (8 points to play with), upgrade a Kodiak to Ruin (longer threat range than a Kodiak, and other benefits) and add in Ragman? He goes brilliantly with Shocktroopers: sac pawn to Arm 20+ models, gives Dark Shroud to models with 2" melee range. It helps with the grind aspect of the list against jack/beast heavy opponents. In theory you could Ruin up to effective P+S23 with Fury, and no defensive upkeeps. More likely, you can use Ragman to get one unit of MoW at P+S17 with Fury and the other at P+S16 with Ragman. As an aside, can I request not changing the originally posted list, but posting the modified list later in the threat? It means that newcomers to the thread aren't confused about why we've commented on Forgeseers and Marauders which have now disappeared.

This list is actually built with the MOW theme in mind. It should (Hopefully!) give me 10 points to put in another Kodiak.
And I'm deliberately choosing not to put in Ruin because I refuse to own that ugly model.

They are great and well worth considering. Counter-charge is a really useful ability, especially in a list that is probably going to have a shorter threat range than the enemy. They are also good at holding a zone on their own, as they often take more than 9 points of effort to remove.
