Good evening all.
I started the original 'Answering Ghost Fleet' post to try to design a surefire way to face off against a list that currently top of the meta (or my meta at least). After much deliberating, list editing, and consulting, I took the following Butcher3 list into Ghost Fleet yesterday;

THEME: Winter Guard Kommand
The aims of the above were to do the following; provide scenario pressure against Ghost Fleet, be able to suppress the gunline through sac pawn, and project a strong melee threat through a lot of armour and Butcher's innate abilities, including RFP through Silence of Death.
My opponent when looking across the table agreed that my list had the potential to be a 'predator' to his own list.
On the table however, the projected (21"?) threat from Deneghra was simply too high. It was too difficult to kill enough and contest effectively (scenario was the Pit 1), and a turn where he controlled the centre, dominated his own flag, and contested mine was the turning point.
When I looked back on the games I played, I felt I could do better, perhaps with a list that could dominate via a large ranged threat. It is still essential to keep to the core idea of the above (Winterguard theme) as the ability to get a CRA on a caster is too high.
What I've put together is the below.

What this brings to the table is a huge amount of AOEs, with a projected threat from the 'jacks (under mobility) of a minimum of 20". The Conquest and Gun Carriage are obviously higher.
Harkevich also lends the list the opportunity to really spread out the AOEs - an extra three 4" blasts on top of the base of 9 from the battlegroup and Gun Carriage is significant.
Additionally, he can sit base to base with a 'jack and can't be knocked down by scourge, and it lends him an additional +2 def and arm on top. The Winterguard of course lend their bodies to the cause through Sac Pawn (with a tough roll from Joe) and yet another series of rockets to be drifting into the ghostly bodies.
There is only so many pirates that can be brought back a turn. Where the Butcher list was quickly overwhelmed, I'm hoping this one has the chance to turn the tide through numerous drifts and blasts. As far as I know there isn't a
