I can't believe I'm just finding out about it, and I hope to god no one complains about it to PP. Just recording this so I don't forget. I call it the Makeda Train.
Makeda 1, taking a Gladiator, Marketh, Despoiler, Paingivers, Karn, and a Willbreaker. A Shaman is optional.
Makeda casts Quicken on Karn the turn before. Makeda pokes 2 paingivers in the back to give Marketh a soul.
Makeda upkeeps Quicken with one soul, Gladiator casts Rush on Karn. If you brought one, Shaman also casts it on Des.
Despoiler runs into melee range with the target (be careful to leave enough space for Karn!).
Marketh casts the Lash, boosting the roll with a soul if needed.
Paingivers enrage and prod Karn.
Finally, Karn activates. He can charge 15 inches, with a 2 inch threat range. Despoiler has already ran into melee range with a target 16" away. With Enrage, he's P+S 18 weapon master. On average rolls, that's a Khadoran heavy dead on just initials, and he will have 3 fury left to fatewalker away.
The best part? You can sub in any faction heavy you wish, just account for the lost threat range with an extra Lash from Makeda.

I have a handful of batreps with Karn + Gladiator + Despoiler + Shaman under Mak1. It's fun. Despoiler is squishy. My version of the list has Ferox so the whole thing is fast but the model count is low.
Karn can Fate Walker away, but in the plan you describe Despoiler is still standing there. He costs the same as Karn but is much easier to kill. In the 6 games I've had with the list I never ran Despoiler for Dark Shroud--he's mainly around for free Quicken and as a late game beater.
My list has been
Archdomina Makeda [+29] - Basilisk Krea [7] - Cyclops Shaman [8] - Molik Karn [19] - Titan Gladiator [15] - Despoiler [19] Paingiver Beast Handlers (min) [5] Tyrant Commander & Standard Bearer [6] Praetorian Ferox (max) [20] Orin Midwinter, Rogue Inquisitor [5]
but it can definitely use some iteration. Feated Ferox help gain tempo and then Karn suppresses casters. It doesn't attrition very well once feat turn is spent, but it's pretty fun and of course it assassinates nicely if the opponent blinks.

The question is...why though?
If your target isn't a colossal you just waisted a lot of resources on lets say 1 Juggernaut or if they stand together 2.
Not that its bad, but just leave the Despoiler out of it and charge with a Pow 16 Weaponmaster. Should do the trick and still leave you with enough fury to fate walk away.
Of course against a Colossal its nice, but I think you should be fine with just Bronzeback or similar.

also as a heads up even if marketh casts Lash it's still a model near makeda that gets to move.Make sure Karn is near her and not Marketh.

It's nifty and gimmicky but I feel like it's a lot of resources for such a finite trick. If you have a super solid second list to back it up maybe it would be viable.
Not to mention Maks control range is putting you potentially way up there.

Yes but you cant pull the fury off after so you potentially have two heavies just sitting around after.

If not, you have the rest of your army. It's only 21 points for the low budget version without despy.

The strong point here is probably the flexibility. The plan you (cryptix) have laid out is probably not ideal in most situations, but it's an option. So is chargin in Molik, hitting two guys, sidestepping away and Fatewalking back to safety. Or charging Molik into something hard to crack and jackhammering it to death, possibly moving Makeda back to safety via a Lash from Marketh.
tldr: Options are strong.
