So been running Old Witch for last week or so. Currently @ 5-2. Losses came to Khador (player who is teaching me Khador) and grymkin( left ow out and didn't realize he could see through clouds and stealth.) But so far list has had answer for every question, just trying to tweak it.
General strategy is get MoW line up the field with iron flesh( weald secrets if they need pathfinder), flank WG out wide 1 way and scrappy on other flank. Get OW behind MoW wall with Big B lobbing shots over till what ever is big enough to deal with schockies comes in to melee range. Scrappy is running passive to keep a safe spot to zip ow away to if needed.
Questions are:
1. Ragman or Joe. Loving rag for armor crack, and if they send in Weapon masters been able to turn em.
2. MoW Kovnik. Great end game piece, but wonder if I should spend points on support for caster ( Orin, Bokur, Harlan)
Any other thoughts or CnC welcome. Thanks fam.

He's the perfect partner for MoW Shocktroopers, and they for him. But he also buffs other parts of the army if required (Behemoth, most obviously). Joe only helps the WGRC, and only really in one way (they only really benefit from the hit buff). In terms of a ratio of points to impact on game, I think Ragman wins out, and helps address the fairly low armor-cracking potential of the list. 2. All the options are great. But MoW without a speed buff of any sort are not going to be a great screen for Behemoth/OW. So I'd keep the Kovnik.

I'd say Joe, since SR2017 is probably going to bring more infantry and Joe basically causes the riflemen to delete entire units from the board. Your list is almost exactly the same as mine (swap STs for Kodiaks). I've considered Ragman before but I worry about his survivability.
Stick with the kovnik. I suspect that without him you'll find the STs to be too slow.

Joe and Ragman are both better than Seer for this list, take them both. Kovnik should stay unless your caster can speed up mows, which OW can't.

I have yet to try it out, but if you are deciding between joe and ragman, consider WGI with UA. Id say the mini feat is almost better than the str bonus from joe.
I like the list overall and might give it a shot.

I assumed the Seer was to offset OWs upkeep cost instead of Silly Willy. Rather than giving a focus to Behemoth the Seer can do it then OW has an extra focus for her upkeeps.

Thank you all for responses. Got a few more games in, 3-1, changing out support cast each game.
On Joe -- +2 rat helps a lot for rockets to hit Jack's and medium based solos. Tough was situational, and never used STR buff. Over all I like him, but with being able to ignore cover and concealment via caster think I will sit him.
On Ragman-- OMG that armor debuff on MoW is great. And being able to shunt off shots to them in shield wall+iron flesh means I can leave a lane for him to move in first. Overall I say a keeper.
On Forge Seer-- Love this guy. Free focus, remove disruption, and hoar frost. Also when it gets to late game, a decent solo to contest with via winters wind. Around decent and think he has found a place in list.
