Comrades! I have finally managed to try out MK IV. We had a small tournament this weekend. As we are still waiting for the new models, Armored Korps had to do the heavy lifting. It was fun. Random rules bits and tactics, coming in as I think of them.  Game 1 - I think losing the Bombardiers due to placement was definitely was what cost you the game. Otherwise, I think you probably would have cleared enough Exemplars with Dual Shot to have kept Harkevich alive. I agree with your Harkevich assessment. I agree that you should have tried to get the free AOE out of the feat. Guided Fire makes that halfway sensible! (But, Harkevich…) Shocktroopers picked up no-knockdown as part of Shield Wall. They don’t need Steady anymore. |
