How do minion players handle list that need lots of magic to counter them? I'm especially interested in Gators but I'd like general info as well. I know Jagga-Jagga used to have a spell that granted everyone magic weapons but that looks to have been replaced with Signs & Portents.

Late to answer, but I'm pretty Gators have a solo that grants magic weapons in the Bog Trog Mist Speaker. Jaga also does an AoE magic attack on feat for sacrificing models. Lastly you could try shoving a Sacral Vault to blender infantry with its soulstorm ability. This not including the random caster solos that can throw spells out.

The speaker only grants magic to 1 model. I was looking for something/one who could effect whole units. I'm particularly thinking about Cryx and all of its incorporeal models and Protectorates choired Jacks (I know that it only works against ranged attacks but it would be nice to have the option to shoot them).

The Farrow side of Minions just simply doesn't have that toolkit, and Blindwater only has bits and pieces here and there. But...don't worry about it. Many factions don't have that toolkit, and even in factions that do have that toolkit, most themes don't have it. Is mass incorporeal something you actively face a lot, or is this a hypothetical concern? If you don't really ever face it, then...why worry about it?

I used to play in a very heavy cryx meta and it wasn't uncommon to see the theme with the ghost raiders on the table. I was just wondering how a minions player handles that sort of list.

I think you just hope to dodge it or just go into it knowing that you'll have a small handful of models able to attack Incorporeal models, and be extremely choosy about what you engage. That being said: at least in my experience, mass Cryx incorporeal has not been on the radar at all for years. It's basically confined to Ghost Fleet, and at least on paper (the last time I looked) Ghost Fleet was not an impressively strong theme. But, that's just me, in my pre-pandemic Cryx-light meta. I could be wrong!

Depending on what you own Farrow Bone Grinders have Magic Weapons, Carver has a decent AoE spell, and there are a variety of other spell-casting solos like Lanyssa and Orin Midwinter that can hit Incorporiel. It's hardly ideal but it's better than nothing.
