Hi everyone!

I recently reconnected to War Room 2 after another Iatus, and i saw theme forces changed.

What i don't grasp, it's when i'm building a 25 pts army, i'm getting 10pts as ''Spec.''.

Does that 10pts is part of the freebie stuff that you're getting from theme force or it's something else?

I made searches and i didn't found anything explaining this.
(the Requisition part was easy to understand)

I usually forget to change it when building a list though, but then I just don't enter anything as Specialists.
