Hi all,
I couldn´t resist. I bought the Terrorizer. Too neat a model to pass.
Well, what do I need now? Any advice?
I own a pretty large Minions collection (both Gators and Pigs) and because the Terrorizer can only be played in Disciples of Agony (if I´m right) I guess I should start with DoA.
Besides 1-2 units of paingivers, what would you say is a good start? I´m pretty interested in Morghoul2, Zaal1 (though he doesn´t seem to get that much love these days) and Jalaam.

I have heard good things about road hogs with beast handlers.
Hexeris 1 and 2 and Xerxis2 would also make good casters for that i wager.
I suggest you listen to one of the latest episode of "The Meta" podcast. They had a a competitive skorne player on talking about Diciples in depth.

I made the jump from minions to skorne too. It's a pretty fun faction with a lot of viable builds even if you ignore some of their most competitive options. Were you looking to build beast heavy, infantry heavy, or combined arms in DoA?
They want significantly different casters as if you play infantry/combined arms you need to make sure your caster is fairly faction agnostic (I.e. morg2, xekaar, and rasheth) since minion warrior models aren't faction to skorne.
Morg 2 is a good warlock for DoA as he can work with anything in the theme. You might consider picking up blood runners and master tormentors as his elite cadre parry can make them really annoying.
Zaal 1 unfortunately wants friendly faction infantry to utilize his feat, spells, and abilities. There really isn't anything there for him unless you were also intending to dive into the skorne faction proper.
Jalaam has some interesting builds. Building around dead eye is kind of a trap for him. Since he has warpath he really likes beasts and since he doesn't bring any damage or melee accuracy buffs he really likes minion beasts, pigs in particular. Minion heavies have higher def than titans which make them better for maximizing his feat. To truly function you will need a titan cannoneer or cyclops raider for farstrike as a significant portion of his play style comes from his rof 2 grevious wounds gun. Another strange but potentially useful tech with him is that scavengers blessing says friendly model and not friendly faction, meaning it can target minions. This is notable for letting posse and bellows crew give themselves stealth while also letting them navigate terrain.
Other casters you might consider looking at for DoA are zaad 2, mak 3, hexeris 2, and xerxis 2 who are great beast casters. Xekaar and rasheth are almost entirely offensive casters and thus synergize with everything in the list. Finally mak 1's feat says friendly and not friendly faction, giving her warrior models some ridiculous staying power if your opponent doesnt have a way of mass shutting down healing.

I run Terror in all nonrasheth DoA lists as a req point with rush to cut out a 15pt beast to do the same thing. The situation I have found outside if animus that he has thrived was in Makeda and the exalted court, she incites, usually through feat and buffs his 4 atks plus his MAT,which also gives him 4 sidestep procs in combat
