DEF16 is high enough that it's really difficult for opponents to remove even something squishy like a Neraph from range unless they have a ton of accurate boostable guns. There's some potential for the Feat to do work with high DEF beasts, much higher than on a Carnivean chassis beast in most circumstances. precisely this and taking away the ability to boost, force spend or allocate focus/fury makes 16 even harder to hit

Unyielding has very little game on most of Legion's infantry. The single wound guys don't benefit a whole lot from +2ARM except for Legionnaires. Warspears and Warmongers are in general too squishy to bother with. Unyielding is more about buffing Hellmouths and Kallus himself. You're not wrong about the amazing power of Unyielding Hellmouths. I just want to point out that Warmongers with Unyielding under the Blightbringer's armor and strength buff are really, really tough.

I've played Abby2 Oracles (with Hex Hunters and Bayal), won 6:0 on scenario against shooty Irusk2. I think attrition is one of more reliable ways to win on scenario. One thing we must consider are new terrain rules. One LoS blocker is big deal for us.

Well at that point they're ARM20 which is less than Shield Walled MoW Shocktroopers, who also have 3 more boxes each. Those guys die casually to heavies so I'm not sure I'd agree that they're very tough at all. Except for actually having Tough.

Abby2 - Protheus - Carnivean - Ravagore - Seraph - Neraph - Shredder Forsaken(FREE) Forsaken(FREE) Spell Martyr HexHunters (MAX) -Bayal (FREE) Hexhunters are crucial, they jam pretty well and with AD and Apparition can find some place where killing them is not trivial. Also help with scenario presence.
