Not sure if these are the FINAL versions/wordings of the additional SR Objectives (copied from CID), but they are interesting for Trollblood play!
Dugout ANCHOR – During your Maintenance Phase, you can choose one friendly Faction model within 4˝ of this model. That model cannot be placed, and cannot be moved by a push, slam, or throw for one round Observatory RANGEFINDER – During your Control Phase, choose one friendly Faction model within 4˝ of this model. That model gains Eyeless Sight XICONX for one round.
Treasure Chest GOOD FORTUNE – Once per game, during your Maintenance Phase choose a friendly Faction model within 4” of this model. The chosen model can reroll one attack roll and one damage roll this turn. Dugout=makes TB Warlocks even Trollier. Bouncer/Earthborn animus without the anti-KD? Anti-Butcher3. Super glad it doesn't prevent KD/Stationary as TBs have a fair number of models with KD/Stationary causing abilities. This ranks #2 in my book. Observatory=makes cloud walls less valuable to preventing a nasty charge from THAT model (whatever it may be). I suspect I'll be most often choosing this, for ranged or buffed-speed melee run. Bomber #1 is thrilled, Mistspeaker is worried about his job, till he sees my second Bomber Treasure Chest=DK but for ATK & DAM, it doesn't say in the same attack either, so re-roll either in separate attacks, but only once each. Anything rolling for that crucial Crit appreciates this. Once per game makes it less spectacular, but fair.
Thoughts/angles?

Just double checked your wording in the SR2019 doc - they are correct all the way. I havent played double Bombers so Misty is sitting in a corner crying. However what he haven't noticed is the damn Hellmouth can't drag my caster anymore even if my Bouncer/Earthborn dies. So for me Dugout will be nice. Ranking their power I feel Treasure chest is the best, Stockpile is still good, dugout saves must needed warbeast, obervatory free up 4 points etc Fuel Cache (right now playing jarl/grim1 so have access to weald secrets) and Armour I feel is the one I will use the least. but I really like them and like the selection available.

Mist Speaker will definitely lose it's auto-include status on ranged lists but magical weapons is still good to kill gremlin swarms. Observatory hurts Jarl and Kolgrima so overall I think it's loss to us (but it definitely helps our list building by freeing merc slot).
Anchor is really nice ability, but very situational. TK casters - YES PLEACE, against legion, yes pleace, but 4" is quite limited range, hellmouth casters - good use but not sure if it's that game breaking, other casters: are slams and throws that common, no?
Treasure chest is really hard one. It really helps assassination oriented lists where you want one critical attack to land. Grissel2 for example. KD on first shot means more boosts to damage. 4" limits it use, so best used on ranged models. Jarl is second one that can have good use of it, because it allow reroll magic bulled damage as well (I think) so killing critical solos is easier.
I think stockpile is still solid for Trolls, but those new objectives definitely add adaptation to opponent and in most games you have objective that do something.

so they have mentioned that units that get ambush as a theme bonus may just get it as an ability. If Bommhowlers gained ambush does that make them more appealing in something like PoD with the scenarios?

I won't count all models that can gain ambush on theme to gain it. BUT if they get ambush, I think they will became nice add to troll force (especially if they still be FF on KC)
