Personally I'd argue you aren't getting much value from the Northkin Elder. It is literally only helping Champions and Kolgrima. I would be tempted to swap to a Normal elder and I'd suggest swapping Skaldi out for a Skinner, because I dislike Skaldi and I think the skinner really helps in certain scenarios, but I imagine i'll get shouted down by various Skaldi Apologists around here

Its an interesring idea, just remember they see the king over the clouds.
I would remove the sorcerer and go for another beast and a feralgeist. Since you have the dispel on kolgrimma.
Changing to the scribe elder on the stone seems wise as well.

I was just tinkering with this in KC. It looks kinda stupid but could be fun. conflictchamber.com/#c7201b_-0Dj1iYiYiYc6jq6G0l0mj06t7rTrollbloods Army - 75 / 75 points [Theme] Kriel Company [Kolgrima 1] Kolgrima Stonetruth, Winter Witch [+28] - Ice Troll [9] - Ice Troll [9] - Ice Troll [9] - Mountain King [36] - Trollkin Runebearer [0(5)] Fell Caller Hero [0(5)] Krielstone Bearer & Stone Scribes (max) [9] - Northkin Elder [3] Pyg Lookouts (max) [10] Scattergunners (max) [14] - Scattergunner Officer & Standard [4] Scattergunners backed up by Cursed Fate, 3x POW 18 guns, the Mountain King, and Kolgrima's sprays and clouds. Even if you're up against cold immunity, the Ice Trolls can maybe trade up in melee with Rage.

What's your strategy behind the night troll? I ask because it seems to me you had 7 points left and he was a filler piece. If this is the case I would drop the night troll and go full stone. Then slip in a solo.

Then slip in a solo. Playing single beast with Kolgrima feels really bad. Firstly she regularly uses 7 or 6 of her fury so that's a lot of cutting, Secondly she has to protect the beast that much more if it's her only one. Even a good trade with the Garg is out if you are left beastless at the end.

Then slip in a solo. For seven points he has stealth which makes it a good piece to contest. it can be used for a couple of transfers and for a good managment of fury. his animus is useful to move models that benefit from being btb and 3 basic attacks and free charge against the living is a good setup for a light beast. since MK needs a second beast to satisfy the caster's need for fury, it's a good deal that allows me to have enough infantry for the three bonus pieces

The stone an interesting doubt. the normal ones give access to anti-incorporeal and stealth measures that are however covered by the caster with flames and by champions with magic weapon. the bonus to the strength in the end is hardly exploitable by the two fastest units that often end up off the rocks, while the Mk is not needed. I prefer the bonus of the Nortkind stones because they have unpredictability to the list and facilitate the possibility of casterkill.

Solid strategy with the night troll. I may have to pick up a couple now, haha. I've always loved the sculpt, now I have a reason to own some.

tested yesterday against Dark Host (Skarre1). the combination of buldoze feat and slam offers excellent control on scenario. removal and alpha give a great advantage. the only problem is the management of the two Wright Engine without the classic stones, but the Champions with magic weapon at pow14 have been an excellent solution even under the skarre feat. clear enough victory once the MK has been adequately protected from the opponent's turn.
