So it was cheaper to get Rask and the Mist Speaker off ebay than to order just the Mist Speaker. So now I own Rask. I was going to give him away but then I realized I have all Minion lessers sooooo. What else goes in that list if it is Rask and all the Lessers?

Generally, play in WWFF, take 3 lessers, 2 wrastlers, a Mist Speaker (to support Rask himself), a Soul Slave, and a Witch Doctor (to Ghostly your heavies). From there, it's about what you're comfortable with and what you expect to encounter. Kwaak, Orin, and Lanyssa are ok choices for solos. Some people put a Battleboar on Rorsh. A Spitter gives some ranged presence and he's easy to buff & deliver if you need to trade up into a heavy.
Sometimes I like to play with a Dracodile & Targ. Two Wrastlers and the Soul Slave is probably better, but I just love putting the Dracodile on the table.

Personally I would never play Rask in WWFF without the Rorsh & Brine + Battle Boar combo. Primal is not a great animus, but the +2 Mat comes up big in a lot of matchups nowadays and Paralysis is just not as reliable. As a bonus, it's a lot easier to protect Rorsh after the Brine missile has gone off and killed a colossal when he's camping 3 with a second transfer target.
Besides that, I agree that the soul slave and a witch doctor are almost auto-include, probably along with the mist speaker to have a game into cloud walls and most of Cryx and Grymkin. The fourth solo is up to personal preference, but I really like Kwaak there for the utility of double enliven, heals and venoms to disengage stuff.
As for the battlegroup I prefer a 3 heavy loadout on Rask and 3 lessers. I tend to go for a single wrastler and double swamp horror or spitters on Rask. Those horrors are nasty with all the buffs and can be hard to pin down with the feat, veil of mist, admonition, enliven and native steady. The spitters are also good for some ranged spot removal, and can still perform decently in melee when fully buffed.

Is enliven really worth it when you're eating a free strike?
Also doesn't Rask already have two sources of pathfinder -- why the need for ghostly? (just curious)

Don’t forget, ghostly lets you ignore free strikes too. So when you move through a bunch of guys with veil of mists, they can’t attack you.

Is enliven really worth it when you're eating a free strike? Also doesn't Rask already have two sources of pathfinder -- why the need for ghostly? (just curious) Depends, it's not great when you have 5 weapon master infantry models charging you, but against a single heavy/colossal it's usually better to take a charge and a free strike than that heavy's full combat action. Basically it gives you a great piece trading tool against other low model count armies. Oh and Enliven also works against shooting, so you can use it to reposition to an advantageous spot during your opponent's turn if they shoot your enlivened beasts. As tomw said, Ghostly combos nicely with veil of mists, allowing your beast to move through models without taking free strikes. It also means that Rask doesn't always have to cast a veil of mists just to ignore obstructions/give pathfinder, he can cast use veil of mists defensively instead, or some of his other great spells/animi, or just camp more. Finally, when you're sending in a fully buffed missile into a priority target, it's really nice to not have to worry about free strikes. Just need to clear the charge lane and landing spot for a large base and you're good to go. Basically Ghostly is one of those things where you keep finding uses for it the more games you play. It's not always needed but it has won me so many games that I can't see myself playing without it anymore.

Enliven is also amazing on Spitters, which with the buffs available in the list can do very respectable melee output. The option of putting Admonition on them as well can make them very survivable, and get into awesome positions. The feat also gets them into dangerous positions well.

Yeah Admonition and Enliven on the same beast is awesome, it creates a big puzzle for your opponent. I like to put them both on a swamp horror personally because Steady removes one of the easiest ways to get around these two abilities : Knockdown.
