So at first I was trying to think of ways to get Behemoth under S3 plus a MoW to trigger Flank into the Vulkan, since Flank plus Armor Piercing would let Big B oneround the Vulkan on average dice if it didn't have any feat tokens, but since your only options for Behemoth and S3 is either Jaws or out-of-theme, and Jaws only lets you have Sorscha herself and Forge Seers to trigger flank off of, and no opponent with a pulse is going to actually let you deliver Behemoth and a Forge Seer to the Vulkan, that seems like a non-starter. But that did lead me to a different idea, something along the lines of

Two marauders with Flank bonuses will trivially one-round a Vulkan with three feat tokens, even if they have to charge to get there instead of walking up to it. (if they charge, they do 70 points on average dice, if they can reach it without charging they can do 80.) Basic idea is a frontline of Tough shocktroopers with a marauder on each end, a midline of three marauders, and sorscha and the demo corps as the back combat line. You're trying to limit your alpha losses to the front two marauders and most of your shockies; counter charge won't stop Suppressors from spraying since the bloody things have dual shot but it might help you get positioned to reduce your losses. After the alpha, get a MoW and two fully loaded uncrippled marauders into the Vulkan and beat it like a pinata till all the feat tokens fall out; try to also deal with the Suppressor if you can. Probably want to pop feat here to make it harder for her second line to come eat the jacks that just killed Vulkan; once she retaliates, whatever jacks you have left plus Sorscha and the demos should be able to crunch up her reserves, and Atanas can put Retaliatory Strike on Sorscha to limit assassination shenanigans.
I'm not quite certain on some bits of the list; the free Forge Seer might want to be a MoW Kovnik or a Strike Tanker, Atanas might want to be Hutchuk, things like that. But it seems like it's at least a starting point.
