We had a 6 round tournament on 11-12, I guess I'll write about my experiences playing AK in competitive setting.
These were my 2 lists. Keep in mind any of the new releases are not available.

V2 is a general purpouse list.
Seer is mainly an insurance against random 1pt incorp solo, flag holder, can proc crit freeze for demos and helps with Decimator focus.
2x Decimators is the minimum amount of shooting I'm confortable with in an otherwise mostly melee list (I don't have a colossal).
B3 is an anti-Cryx/Grymkin drop.
Seer, Ruin and B3 spread out to cover the table against incorp contesters, Ruin or B3 can deal with incorp BE.
B3 was mostly a joke list because I wanted to take all my shelf mows to tournament (some still remained), also we had only 1 Grymkin and only 1 Cryx guys competing so I hoped I wouldn't even get paired into them (you'll never guess what happened).
The games:

The games:
Day 1.
1. V2 vs. Skorne Morghoul1 Minion Monster Mash
He has about 5 different heavies and 3 lights that can buff just about any stat existing in the game, yet somehow feated shocks still outthreat him.
I go first and park shocks on the edge of zones killing everything that tries to contest with non-mows models.
He commits to melee, kills my jacks, and gets most of his heavies killed on backswing by feated mows.
At that point it becomes race against time to secure remaining points for victory and with a last second dice throw of a Seer charging Krea I kill it and win.
1-0
MVP goes to elims that forced him to waste admonition and contested from hard to reach position behind the house.
3 demos crushed an elephant by procing an early freeze.
Time is an issue when playing V2 without much experience, it will become quite a theme in this tournament.

2. B3 vs. Grymkin Heretic1 Menagerie (*badum-tsss*)
Mission being Spread the net is a punchline.
He has 5 heavies, 2 rattlers, 4 gremlins. I guess he picked Heretic to deter the Butcher. He also picks Heal, Counterspell arcanas to deter him even more.
We sit in our halves trading contesters while I shoot his beasts with bombers and wait for him to commit to melee.
I can't do the BUTCHER SMASH because any of arcana activation will make him a dead Butcher next turn.
I kill 2 gremlins with Seer and Ruin and then the ranged plan crumbles because Seer misses the Gremlin and scatter autohit doesn't kill it (did you know Gremlins are arm 14 5 boxes with a Carriage buff?). Seer also dies to kamikadze Rattler.
Single 0 point gremlin now contest againsts a 40pt worth of models flank and I quickly lose on scenario, no opponent mistakes or my great dice rolls happen to bail me out. He did ran out of arcana on last turn, so if I had one more things would be better.
1-1
Lesson learned, you either play Ayana or autolose to gremlins. Single solo can roll bad and fail or just get killed, you need a magic weapon dispenser for units.
Grymkin beast brick isn't actually scary. Like at all. I give it about 0.7 on a scale of 0 to Doomie3/Fyanna2. They are 10" static threat not very well defensively statted dudes. They do have a ton of antimagic though, thankfully Khador doesn't rely on that to crack arm. I guess Child is better, but Child just hits harder, it doesn't bring any new tricks.
3. V2 vs. Stryker2 Storm Division.

3. V2 vs. Stryker2 Storm Division.
(no pic)
He has 2 stormlances, 1 stormblades, Laddermore and assorted support and jacks to carry the +2/+2 buff.
Feated shocks outthreat him, but he goes first and I can't get into zones t1 without running shocks into his charge range.
I shieldwall forward with 2 sacrifical shock dudes in charge range on each flank (dunno about having sacrifical dudes being correct, it probably wasn't).
He charges/assaults with everything and feats getting pseudo timewalk on everything. It takes about 30 minute to resolve. When the dust clears all but sacrifical shocks are left standing, some demos and 1 elim are dead because I didn't pay attention to assaults (and also forgot V2 can shut them down).
I proceed to clear his weak flank of 1 unit of ponies. The flank that competes against armor buffed ponies and knights is promplty jammed and despite feat, hof and V2 boosts can't unjam itself until the end of the game.
I have to sacrifice elim and jacks just to contest, all of which gets smacked by Stryker and Rowdy, but it buys me enough time to secure left flank and come from behind to contest the center with Drakhun and almost full shock unit.
At this point he runs out of time, tries to do a hastily planned last ditch assassinate with Stryker on full camp V2 and fails.
2-1, at least I get to play top8 on day 2.
I think I got carried hard by shock natural sturdiness.
V2 can't support two flanks well enough, you can have hof+boosts on one or the other. I will need to think about helping that.
Again elims prove to be the only thing that can contest in an otherwise uncontestable situation.
