Pretty sure Kallus2 can trigger something similar with overrun his feat and slipstream and base spd 7 beasts or himself. He himself or an angelius can threathen 24'' in melee.

Very excited to make a small change to my Strakov1 list which feels VERY strong - even if it will make her essentially Khador Junior. conflictchamber.com/#c3201b_-0x7c7wdZkWkUhFhF7mlO7q868eKhador Army - 75 / 75 points [Theme] Jaws of the Wolf !!! Your army contains a CID entry. [Strakhov 1] Kommander Oleg Strakhov [+28] - Behemoth [25] - Grolar [18] - Juggernaut [13] - Spriggan [17] Greylord Forge Seer [0(4)] Greylord Forge Seer [0(4)] Kell Bailoch [5] Kovnik Apprentice Kratikoff [0(4)] - Devastator [14] Battle Mechaniks (min) [3] Widowmaker Scouts [8] Devestator goes to be a paperweight where ever he needs to be a paperweigth. We don't CARE about not powering up and all the other crap. If something really needs to happen there we have forgeseers. Now Sentry over to Behemoth - which is a good place as well. Yeah, I know the whole Behemoth vs. Victor debate. Mute cause right now I don't OWN a Victor plus I like having overrun options all over the board. BC helps spriggan and Grolar/supperiority target play the pre/post feat "yo yo" with Overrun. Prowl on Kell triggered by Fog of War. Nice synergy there. And, of course, +2 extenion on 1 or 2 jacks on feat turn - providing for some ungodly threat ranges and overrun trigger options. 22"-23" inches isn't ungodly... It's godlike. Is there anything further in the game? The change to spriggan in the CID is very very helpful (Dual attack being SO good) But mostly threat extension on the feat turn...and not I think so much the holy spear or hammer of death but getting BC (14 inch threat) on your Triggers (Jugger and Behemoth). You can use use double BC to set up a pretty nice alpha (say into a Double champion list where you potentially have a shot of taking out 7-8 champions _AND_ potentially double overrunning so that you "save" behemoth and Spriggan for future turns.

Kallus2 with an Angelius and a Seraph can send an Angelius: 7" overrun +2" slipstream+ 10" charge + 3" from feat +2" melee range = 24" threat. However, Kallus needs to light a model on fire in order to get that charge threat, which he can do with an Spell Matyr, but it's a little less reliable than Strakhov.

Why Straok loves being immune to fire ;-)...

I mighy be late to the Zerkova party, but i think these additions really spice her up! That and ambushing kossites, they can potentially threat zerkovas sprays from 23" off of the board side! Mechanics for jamming defense. Grolar seems like a great overwatch target, knockdown potential assassination threats.
The list has plenty of magic weapons to boot. Cloud tech and all the solos are definitely a weakness.

Also, the attack granted by Watcher doesn't work with Ram on the Grolar. Only Father Lucant gets to do that.

That is why arguably Jugger the best Watcher candidate - because the attack rolls are boosted and thus easier. Oh and here is a TOTAL pro-tip. Look at Elishe's card. Puppet Master lasts a ROUNd....NOT A TURN. So puppet master that watcher target. No Crit? Well lets just reroll shall we? Crit but shitty damage? Well aint that grand.

I'm mostly salty about the Grolar because I was pretty sure I had Lucant dead to rights last night when I wrongly assumed that the Inverter didn't get knockdown out of activation.

We can fit: Victor 2x Spriggan 3x Marauder 2pt repair gobber 4 free solos (Malakov takes one Spriggan, S0 takes Marauder)
Which gives us a solid jack count. Sadly Grolar doesn't fit with repairs unless we downgrade something. Thing to note is that if we downgrade Victor to Behemoth we won't actually get more good jacks here unless we downgrade something else. Maybe taking Victor is a strictly better choice after all.
I think I like what you’re selling regarding Victor > Behemoth. I want a Grolar in there since it’s such an amazing assassination jack. I like a Spriggan in there since I want to be able to have a non-linear 23” bulldozing threat from downtown. The additional shot/round on the Victor helps with chaff clearing. Finally, I want a more reliable and higher POW option on Malakov, so I need to reach for a Juggernaut. That leaves me with this loading out at 75 points. I kinda backed into the Rager and Beserker, since that’s what fit, but honestly I like the options since a shield guard is nice and an 8 point throwaway melee jack that’s halfway decent at infantry clearing and quite good at piece trading seems decent. Kommander Oleg Strakhov - WJ: +28 - Victor - PC: 34 (Battlegroup Points Used: 28) - Spriggan - PC: 17 - Grolar - PC: 18 - Berserker - PC: 8 Sorscha 0 - PC: 0 - Rager - PC: 10 Malakov 1 - PC: 0 - Juggernaut - PC: 13 Greylord Forge Seer PC: 4 Greylord Forge Seer - PC: 4 Battle Mechaniks - Leader & 3 Grunts: 3 So it’s only 6 jacks, but *I think* it might do really well aginst beast/jack bricks. (Not sure about infantry...definitely not blast immune infantry but otherwise maybe OK). Here’s what I like... Victor is a great overrun target. He’s got a 15” melee threat and 2 shots per round. He needs to be on Strak to trigger overrun. Spriggan and Grolar are amazing “coming at you from downtown” assassination threats. Spriggan can light things up for Victor. Beserker is a nice throwaway jack if you want to put Superiority here early. MAT 8-10, 12” - 18” threat range with POW 16 berserk. Nice. Rager = shield guard and late game piece. Like it. Juggernaut = POW 23 threat, with mechanics to take care of Redline damage. You have 15” - 16” “no go” zone pre feat for unprotected high value targets, and a 22” - 23” nonlinear assassination threat. I like it.
