Haven't done one of these in a while. Hopefully this is a bit on the tamer side of things.
Should Ogrun get the Nephilim treatment as well? I'm imagining like a heavy "nephilim"(Cherubim?) with like a giant warhammer(knockdown), or a Cherubim with like thrown axes (crit grievous wounds?). Probably would have tough too, for reasons.
What do y'all think? Sound like a cool idea? This is all pointless, really, I just had the idea and thought I'd share it (maybe we could start a petition haha).

I want to see flying ogrun mages with hooded cloaks flapping behind and generic or another named nephilim heavy.
Like the hammer knocking down idea. Maybe star action to strike ground and knock all down in front arc would be interesting.

A dream come true would be a non character heavy nephilim multikit, cheapish with 13/17 spd6, to fit between flying snakes and heavy dragonspawn chassis. We need a cotd cid anyways xD.

Legionnaire, CID please, I would love to see them get more play....maybe a solo to turn them up.

For existing stuff, CotD could really use a buff, outside of Thags1 of course. It'd be able to cover Legionnaires, the Scather crew, Spawning Vessel, possible heavy Nephilim and tuning up Hex Hunters+Bayal.
For new areas of development, I'd like to see development based on Saeryn and Rhyas' exile. Perhaps a ranking officer/Paingiver Taskmaster style model in addition to a Disciples of Agony style theme.
A safe standby response addition is more character beasts. Ignoring newcomers like Kallus, Fyanna, and Kryssa, old guard like Lylyth and Vayl could use one.

It should pick up erosion or grievous wounds. Not sure how I feel about that, in all honesty. I'd love a character Nephilim Bloodseer for Vayl. I've tried making one, however the two vayls are so different from each other its nearly impossible...

Both Vayls should be able to bond to any character warbeast as an innate ability.

The warbeast bond would be as the characters card reads, there would need to be a rule stating only one beast may be bonded to this model at a time.

Small things: giving swordmen pathfinder would instantly make cotd a way better theme.

Small things: giving swordmen pathfinder would instantly make cotd a way better theme. Twins give them relentless charge. Should be worth something, right? Honestly, CotD makes a great gunline theme.

My suspicion is that CotD will become an infantry based theme (points for infantry instead of beasts). It MIGHT open up beast options but retain only buffs for Nephilim. They will also probably improve the Nephilim themselves a bit, probably with 1-2 point reductions.
