I am a little sad. I do have a list similar to Sorcha's 11 with all the super solos. He would have fit perfectly

Losing Oracular is lame, but as long as he keeps Eye of Menoth I'm happy with it.

Eye Of Menoth is actually the main reason I've run Severius1. I'm not sure how I feel about that being on a solo.

You could replace Eye with: Vet leader FF model. And it would be valued just as much because what protectorate players want is the accuracy buff. We don’t typicallt need the extra Pow. In fact I would go as far as to say, I would probably be fine if he swapped EYE for vet leader FF model. Because honestly I’m mostly taking him for the +1 accuracy buff. At the end of the day though, I don’t think it’s that bad. Especially considering people seem to think Caine0 having snipe is ok..... if I was seeing more effort to tone down the other faction journeyman I would be more concerned about Sevvy. But right now it feels like the only faction giving the negative feedback is protectorate, which bothers me.

Maybe we should push for that.

If Sevi0 remains as is, will he enter high competetive lists?
In EI he replaces a free solo and a unit of KE. He does not help deliver them, just makes them more offensive (just like Kreoss2)
FM is still a better Jack theme than CM, for scenario and melee Jacks. Unless You are playing Amon, then Sevi0 serves as a +1/+1 on a stick at the cost of a Jack from Amons battle group. And that feels like a side grade for me.
This leaves us with gunlines (and extending thread range with some casters maybe). So Malekus, Feora3, Harbinger(I would take an unit of Hammer dwarfes with her as a merc unit slot) and Reznik2? Using both juniors can give You lots of focus each turn.
What do You all think?

You will absolutely see him if he goes live as-is. But that's because he's really good. He won't be in every list and he won't stop people from playing Faithful Masses. But now you might actually see Creator's Might hit the table (unless you're me because I play that anyway). CM especially if you want to run a bunch of lights.

Templars that Threat 14” with Boundless/assail and road to war? Yes please. Reckoners Threat 15” And Eye is a accuracy fixer which our jacks need. The issue is, he pretty much is auto include in CM. Where in EI it’s less an auto include because A full unit of Knights Exemplar and UA costs the exact same and that’s actually a tough choice depending on caster.

I don't mind him being auto include in CM. One of the primary disappointments of the theme is that there are NO power solos right now in there. NONE. If this is the first one, I don't care if it's sevvy 0 or malekus 3 or errant C from that failed amon attack on the royal convoy: the first good solo of the theme was always gonna be auto include. if we worry about it every time it comes up, then we also never get a good solo. EDIT: also, don't forget that Knights Exemplar come with a more effective hit fixer as a minifeat, and rarely need multiple turns of it.

Left half my darn sentence out. I meant that you'll see him in CM with light spam because no other theme supports that look and he's a good piece that would help that become a real archetype.
Not that I am contemplating Amon Devout Spam or anything. Actually, it's Reznik2 Repenter Spam. RAT8 sprays sound gooooooooood.
