Initially, I thought the twins would fit great in PT with its full beast stable, access to Hellmouths, and lightning strike from Golab. However, I soon found out that even with the point changes and additions, I'm having trouble writing lists.
Personally, I feel a Protector, Seraph, and Naga are obligatory picks. From there, I like to have BB and Zuriel. Assuming CID costs, that leaves me with 17pts, just enough to take Golab. However, the list doesn't get free stuff due to the lack of Ogrun and also loses out on a theme benefit.
I suppose with Golab/Sprint, a Protector isn't necessary anymore and Zuriel can be optional depending on the amount of spellslinging I want Saeryn to do. That would open up 28pts which would be enough for some options.
Has anyone else given the Twins some thought in this theme?

I don't have acces to conflict chamber currently but I was trying to make some lists some time ago.
I would consider Blightbringer Golab Full chosen + free hellmouth as a fixed and work from this.
Zuriel is hardly worth it here and points are tight.
Seraph should be fine but what next? I'm not sure. Some spell martyrs and solos for flags, minions probably would be appreciated.

I agree Twins have to lose out on some tech in PT, but I suggest cutting the Seraph. Everything else fits then: BB Golab Nephilim Protector Chosen x2 *Hellmouth x2 Without a Seraph u lose out on some assassination tech, but with lightning strike u should be able to set a line of engagement with chosen and tentacles to sprint rhyas2 behind, coming back to the protector bubble. Wish it had some spell martyrs but otherwise it looks workable.

I'd probably cut Golab first.
Sprint is going to be really tricky with the Saeryn leash, so I'd opt for the more reliable slipstream. I reckon once I have chosen I'm going to be running the twins again quite a bit. Very similar to my old Tao of the Twins setup, but replacing raptors and swordsmen with chosen and warspears (and the free point hellmouths adding a lot to the list).

If they both camp two they can only eat 7, which should be most of the generation but still. I find myself forcing more than 7 times a lot.

conflictchamber.com/#ca201b_-0_fdkDaKaOcob8cskKfTfT2NLegion Army - 75 / 75 points [Theme] Primal Terrors (CID) !!! Your army contains CID entries. !!! You are using a pre-release theme. (Twins 2) Saeryn & Rhyas, Talons of Everblight [+24] - Blightbringer [32] - Nephilim Protector [10] - Seraph [14] Spell Martyr [1] Blighted Ogrun Warspears (max) [15] - Warspear Chieftan [5] Chosen of Everblight (max) [20] Hellmouth [0(6)] Hellmouth [0(6)] Swamp Gobbers Bellows Crew [2] Ran this today against a Sorscha3 MoW list. Worked quite well, I found the warspears and chosen are hard to keep in the BB bubble. I think having the chosen hold a zone, while you're BB + Twin + Seraph and protecter combo crush the other side might work. The twins really love themselves some hellmouths. I could even see dropping the chosen and picking up another unit of Warspears. Anyone have thoughts on a unit of warmongers with UA as well?

labrynth's list is pretty much what I expect to run.
Not loving the inability to take shepherds though, that's for sure.
Might even trade out a Hellmouth for a Forsaken.
