I'd love to have mortality in my pair. And his feat is AMAZING against convergence, because everyone here realized how much TEPs can do and they're all running Axis double BE. This list translates in TEPs attack first, kill something, can't be killed because 20 shield guards and -2SPD no charge from feat and then TEPs kill again and then the game starts. Mind that one TEP does HALF A SENTRY's boxes per activation, the struggle is real.
Morghoul looks good into convergence, that's a bonus. Unfortunately, Cygnar is showing up with haley3 and Caine3 charger spam, both difficult matches for my primary list (makeda 2), so i'd love if morghoul could play into them. Feat is good into Stormlances, but I can't see a way out of eHaley with heavies.
1. Does any of you guys play a good (tested, not theorymachine) list into those offenders?
2. Does any of you have a good idea, even if only theory?
3. Do you think it's a good caster to play into those matchups? My alternative for now is Xerxis 1 armor spam.

How about a Winds of Death list with Morghoul2?

1) Haven't played a lot vs those 'casters, so can't really comment
2) In theory I think a WoD list could do some damage:

I included double archidons because I'm worried about having zone/scenario presence. With an all-shooting list that can be tricky. You could also take a Siege Animantarax (keeping in mind the battle engine CID) in stead of one or more of the flying pests. I'd keep the extollers if having troubles with incorp models. I also like the archidons for sprint (and since we can't include Molik Karn in the theme) on Morghoul.
3) In theory I think it should do okay vs Haley3 (with extollers for eyeless sight/magic weapons, mortality for some RAT fixing & removing trenchers handily. Not sure how easy it will be to keep Morghoul or the heap of venators intact on the counterpunch though. Caine3 charger spam.... I'm less enthousiastic about. Morghoul may have stealth, but Caine has access to Mage Sight. A couple of aiming or feated chargers will still make short work of the lord assassin. LoS blocking might not even be possible with shadow fire. If you can, take out the Shadow Fire part of Caine's unit and then you stand a chance I think, with both Titans blocking LoS. Still a matchup dependant on your opponent making a mistake I think I'm not very confident.

Arm 14 caster vs cygnar is suboptimal imho. I play p makeda (cygnar drop) + epic morghoul (with z1 double archidon).
