Would really prefer if Nuala's feat gave the trackers AP or something a little better than switching prey targets. This is actually really strong because it means if an opponent hides the prey target away or leaves 1 model from a unit at the back of the board you can swap it at will. It’s a pretty great minifeat.

Just think at popping Iona's feat, switching pray and start chaining pray targets nuking them with pow 14 rerollable wm javelins... Is a super strong. Lots of amazing stuffs there, and isn't all for sure.

So am I crazy, or do the Blood Pack get to shoot twice if they gain Hog Wild and keep Assault?

Of course, it was ONLY sprint in circle. Thats how they got their mobility reputation. The teleport was also fixed. What else was there hit&run wise? Repo 3" on the trackers? They were a skirmish unit back then now they are a static unit dressed as skirmishers.

I think part of it was that Sprint wasn't rng SELF. But I do agree that with double teleport no longer a thing along with all kinds of Sprinting heavies gone our mobility has come down a notch. IMO where we are now is pretty ok, with perhaps the exception of Bloodtrackers.
The proposed changes do have me intrigued. Overall I think they take Tharn to a pretty good place (and of particular note I think this will absolutely get LotF back on the table), but there are a few things I'm curious about:
1. Need more info on the Well of Orboros. Adding a free support solo seems a bit bonkers. All those points that people were putting into extra Stoneshapers/Blackclads are now free to be spent on other things? Are we limited by theme restrictions? If this is it's primary function then so be it, but as I said, need more information before determining if this will be fantastic, awful or somewhere in between.
2. Will male tharn in general be getting a stat bump? I'd personally like them to get 8 boxes while keeping their armour at 15. Currently they get wasted by multiple POW10 shooting. While Tharn have issues cracking armour that seems to be getting alleviated somewhat. The issue, more than ever, is delivery. Without that we will see them relegated to Iona, Baldur1, Wurmwood and Una2 (possibly Kromac2 if he sees some changes). More options is always a good thing.
As an aside, my personal opinion is that Tharn in general needs to pull it's weight VS the Wurmwood/eKrueger Bones builds. It doesn't need to outperform them, just handle similar problems in a different way. While I love my double Bones pairing, I'm excited to have more options that don't relegate me to Wolds. I don't see Tharn displacing Brad any time soon (though I may be wrong), so having something that gives us more options into a host of matchups (even different ones!) is a pretty major positive.

It’s a pretty great minifeat. The prey rule is kinda broken because of the whole leave one guy alive thing... This feat is a band aid on a weakness of the rule design. Tbh I thought the fix to prey was mission objective. Bloodtrackers will shoot like heavies on Iona's feat turn... I just hope this won't pigeonhole Tharn to her.

Morv2 with scale back to CTRL, carnivore removing on destroyed step is back into the fight. Iona open up the possibility to build an arm-cracking infantry based army, pretty new thing for Circle. Morv2/Brad or Iona/Krueger2 seems to be interesting pairings. Trakers will hopefully pick-up repo again trought CID. We still miss the full picture of changes But as Newangel said is difficult that Brad will be dislodged form the role of premier Circle armor cracker, because a combination of durbility and treath extention that even discounted living beasts lack. Krueger2/Brad will be still strong, what we will get is options.

If Morvahnna2 is usable I'll use her!
FB had a post saying censure's d3 damage wasn't preventable by transfer/focus... This is BS. A dispel effect can have a lot of conditions (though Hex Blast has been given like candy) but giving the option to the opponent is a bad start. Especially when the "downside" is taking a d3 damage one per turn.

Keep in mind that this is all CID content, and that said CID is about two months out. Lots of things could change between now and then.
I can, however, confirm that atm the wellspring is NOT limited by theme in terms of the solos it can bring in. Obvious choices are a ravager shaman with kromac in call (for no KD, and for corpse collection on k2), a blackclad in DevHost, and a night witch in call. depending on placement range, a gallows grove may often be the best choice, since it gets it upfield (and it can still strange growth). I'm SUPER stoked for this model, even though I'm sad it doesn't have reinforcement: shifting stones.

Wellspring looks like a cool ability but that's probably it. The value of the model will take into account the value of the solo it brings so we get a "choice". Because our solo pool is not very wide we'll probably get a fixed choice on each list...
I'd bank more on the support side... But Ofc it all hinges on the gun being attractive enough.

I definitely like most of the described changes. The only things I am not super hot on are the following:
No kromac2 listed. Hopefully he makes it in.
No goat point changes listed, hopefully they make it in other than getting PF.
Bloodpack changes sound weird. Don't think they see any play if this is how they end up.
Comments of circle hit and run being bad, but lack of speed buff outside blackclad is crazy to me. We are one of the few factions that don't have some sort of guranteed caster independent movement buff. Please give us bounding back as an animus.

Yeah non Kromac 2 makes me super sad. I wanted him to get a slight change to be in line with Thags Borka and Barney... I do think i changes to Wolves helps him though. Because he likes the Wolfpack. I’m also not sold on blood pack. Mostly because I don’t see them filling a role still, and they are still pricey, I plan to playrest them extensively though mostly because I own 2 Units

At that point cost Brennos is a seriously solid beater.
Them not changing Censure or Ram on morv2 (or at least not mentioning it) is hilariously dumb.
Storm Raptor is basically 'archangel, but lightning', and we all know how much archangel gets played
