Does laddermores CmD attack and Dmg buff confer to e-leaps? ELeaps aren't attacks so I was thinking no but a new cygnar player has been arguing yes.
Most of my cygnar exposure has been in heavy metal and the few times I've played Storm decision I typically dismount laddermore. So I haven't had it come up much before.

I would say since E-leaps aren't attacks, they don't get Laddermore's buff. However, stuff like the firefly's ionization buff would work since I'm pretty sure it only specifies electric damage rolls.

Electrocharger only affects ranged attack roll and ranged attack damage rolls. But nothing says that damage roll caused by Electro Leap is ranged attack damage roll. At the first place, it is not an attack at all.

Same as Nemo3s Feat it only works for the attacks.

Nemo3s Feat specifies electrical damage rolls originating from a model within his control area. eLeaps originate from the model who made the attack that generated the eLeap, they are just not attacks themselves, so they will still benefit from the feat.

Zehpy is correct, Nemo3's feat effects the Eleaps.
