Does anyone know when the next ADR will be announced? It goes live in January, right? I can never remember these things. Do you have a guess as to what your faction's roster will look like or a fun (but reasonably realistic) idea?
This is all assuming that the battle box casters will stay throughout Mk3. I don't know if that has been officially announced, but it seems to be the case.
For Trolls, that means Ragnor, and other than that, here are some possibilities:
Madrak 3
He faded away a little too fast after he was released and has never been on the roster.
One of the Northkin warlocks
Kolgrimma is a brand new release, so that seems like a safe bet, but she is really strong, and in ways that might warp the Champions format. If they feel that Zerkova was not a problem then she's probably fine too. I really can see a case for either of the Borkas, especially Borka 2, for the fun factor, though they overlap in list building a bit with Madrak 3.
Calandra or Grissel 2
Might stay if they feel that we didn't get enough chance to really use them or they want to highlight the Unyielding change. I do not expect Doomy 2 to be in the roster for a third time.
Gunny or Jarl
Call it a hunch, but I think they are still trying to push our "ranged game" and Gunny was in our all-in-one army box this year and Jarl gains a lot from playing in Storm of the North.
As for Khador, how about... not Irusk? :P Hark is fun, but I could see a case for Karchev. Not OW2, though. I don't see them using a huge-based caster.
And Cryx... depending on how quickly they plan to turn around the Denny 1 and Denny 2 changes, I honestly would not be surprised to see either of them.
So, any thoughts?
