I've just read a couple articles about question/answer lists. In essence, either a list that presents a problem (can you one-round Darius's two collosals?) or provide answers to questions, such as being able to see through mass stealth or crack armor.
What I've been trying to think of is... what are the questions Cygnar lists can ask? The first thing that comes to mind are high-ARM heavy metal jack bricks with arcane shield. I don't own a colossal, but I've played double centurion Stryker1 lists enough.
What other "questions" exist out there in Cygnar lists?

Nemo 3 is one of those questions. If your opponent's list is vulnerable to auto-hitting, 3D6 pow 12s they have to keep him in mind. Double Striders will also turn a colossal/gargantuan to slag, so your opponent has to be able to answer that as well. The question he asks is especially relevant because it tends to give you a lot of information about what your opponent will plan on dropping - if only one list will survive Nemo's feat turn, that is the list you will see.

- haley3 cloudwall - 2x colosses. Stryker1 or Darius - spam warjacks in heavy metal. With Kraye or Haley2 - extreme gunline. Cain3 or sloan - nemo3 either heavy metal or storm division

- Tough no knockdown infantry spam under Maddox - Mass tough infantry spam in gravediggers - Scenario control with Haley2 (less so now) - Assassination threat with stryker 2 (can you keep your caster safe while still winning the attrition game?)

Haley 2 + whatever list: can you afford 1 turn under her feat? (now only works on low model count armies She still assassinates like a boss though. How come no one has tried the Kraye centurion brick?

How come no one has tried the Kraye centurion brick? I'd say there are a few factors:
1) To really play Kraye's threat range game means sending in one, maybe two heavies into the enemy due to how much focus he can dole out.
2) Heavy Metal making you unable to take Ragman means you are probably running the list without a damage buff, which limits the "catcher's mitt" style that Centurions enable. You also can't take Lanyssa which would be an interesting option considering the threat ranges he already puts out.
3) Building on point 2), Centurions just don't do that much damage to dedicated enemy bricks. Send a Centurion into a Titan Sentry under Agonizer, and even with Beacon sending in a second Centurion might not net you a kill. Send a Centurion into a Skin & Moans under full corpse load and Death Knell, and you will still only take out about 2/3 of its hit points. What's more, even if you slap Arcane Shield on your Centurion either of those heavies has a decent chance to kill it back with the suite of buffs available in those two factions. It's also worth noting that both of these Hordes heavies are cheaper than our poor Centurion. On the Warmachine side the math looks a bit better for us, but you are still playing a losing game when trying to send your heavies into rockets supported by much cheaper Marauders + Juggernauts, or even Amon's much harder hitting Templars (who also ignore your shields).
Don't get me wrong, I think the Centurion is a fantastic jack but playing it in large numbers is not really playing to its strengths.

He has admonition too. An admonitioned centurion is pretty darned irritating. But you're right that it's better to mix and match rather than spam centurions.

My last few games with Kraye he had a battlegroup of 2 Centurions, a charger and a minutman. Never had spare Focus to give the light jacks all game. He is so Focus strapped. The Centurions was usually fully loaded up all turns after turn 1and until they died. After some spells Its not much left.

Super fun gun lines ask the question of "how many heavies will I lose each turn?"
I run a kraye list with 2 hunters, 3 defenders, a cyclone and a Minuteman. It can kill a heavy a turn with 5 shots that threat 19 inches away. Cyclone and Minuteman deal with infantry threat well enough. Oh, and every single model in the army has reposition.

Haley3 asks "Can you beat me on scenario?" I'm trying to tech a list I believe is very difficult to counter on scenario.

I used to play a list, and I'm considering playing it again, that was Stryker1 with both a stormwall, as well as forge guard with Murdoch. Double arcane shield of course, and the question is "can you deal with a bunch of high arm infantry while also punching through high arm jacks?" Because on feat turn the stormwall got up to ARM 28, the forgeguard were at like ARM 26, the rest of the jacks were at ARM 22 or 23, everything is low defense, so vulnerable to one DMG point things like corrosion and sniper, but I really do wanna play this list again. It also turns out 10 weapon masters and a stormwall crack enemy armor pretty well.
