Dammit, so close.
Now fielding ideas on how to make this fit, and still retain the all-comers vibe. In short: I'm 2 points over, and don't want to cut anything, but have to. Hoping there's some magicians who will inspire me with some fresh ideas.
Hexeris2 - +27 WB points - Marketh (5) - Aradus Soldier (16) - Aradus Soldier (16) - Titan Gladiator (15)
Extoller Soulward (3) Extoller Soulward (3)
Max Praetorian Swordsmen (13) + CA (free) Max Praetorian Swordsmen (13) + CA (free) Max Praetorian Keltarii (15) Min Beast Handlers (5)
That all comes to 77 points. The "obvious" place to get the 2 points back from is the Aradus slots, but my brain-fade is stopping me from seeing a path forward without compromising the power level.

Ok, so having said all that just now, I've suddenly found myself wondering if it wouldn't be a terrible idea to drop Marketh and replace with a Gremlin Swarm.
NB: Hexeris2 is still in the blister, I've never played with him. Or Marketh.

Well if you are set on playing that list or something close to it, the second Soulward is probably the easiest thing to cut. You will very rarely use two in the list you posted.

i'm not that impressed with marketh in hexeris2. i think his absolute best places are where the spellcaster is too vulnerable to cast their spell, and/or their spell is super powerful and worth the slinging.
While hellfire and A2A are nice, neither will really recoup the value of marketh. (its not like, Nights reflection whos impact can be game changing). That just leaves upkeeps, but 5pts for upkeeps.. ehh... With hexeris' access to nodes and banishing ward, hes not really that vulnerable a caster. i've had many hexeris1 and 2 turns where they simply camp 0 if the enemy isn't able to offer any kind of attack. so the upkeeps aren't even always that particular if you're boosting stuff and casting hard
I would probably replace one soulward, because the vast majority of your list doesn't need eyeless sight, mostly just hexeris. A single one is invaluable though otherwise he just can't touch stealthed models.
I'd also consider slotting in at least one "expendable" node who can go deep. one huge benefit of hexeris2 is his ability to wipe out enemy backline support. his reach is one of the deepest in the game especially with long leashed models. Razor Worms, or even the Archidon (a good heavy at 10pts in its own right) for him to wipe out support can be great.
If you want to retain the second soulward, putting in an aradus sentinel might be novel. they're weaker vs warmachine/ nonliving armor but they synergise with black spot really well, especially with scathers

Hmm good points. FYI - Soulwards aren't there for eyeless sight (unless Hexeris needs to zap at stealth as you say). They're actually there for 2 other reasons. Boostable ghost sighted annihilating gazes, which does terrible terrible things, and because SR2017 needs a lot more than just 1 solo. Everyone I've fought has underestimated them as support only models. They hit warcasters/warlocks surprisingly hard, and don't get me started on what they do to heavy beasts. Less stock against Warmachine tho, but solos I've faced have a hard time hiding from those boosted Rat5s and still be relevant to scenario.
Sadly, MoW has the whole "no ranged beasts" thing.
I find the long leash node idea tempting. I'm assuming worms could allow something like... AD + run + spell to threaten anything bottom of 1 or top of 2. I haven't really been looking at the infantry portion because it was solving an issue that I usually have on scenario (just not enough bodies) but I could drop the Keltarii, pay for the 2nd Swordsmen CA, then get a Willbreaker and a Worm. Also has a fielding the army advantage of: I don't own Keltarii yet. I could even go all in on worms and instead of the Willbreaker, also drop the gremlins and get a 2nd worm for more vectors to present to my opponents (and 4xAD beasts.)

I've always ran hexy as an assassin foremost and built an army that was half focused on delivering that attempt, and half taking care of business should it fail. I like worm because of eyeless sight, long leash, Pathfinder, and advance deployment all being great for an arc node. Giving him an extoller gives him more eyeless sight. Archidon also gets itself into good positions for arcing. Krea can paralyze and then arc with it's eyeless sight. And that's all with only 3 points out of bg.
