I was checking some threat ranges for Aiakos2 today when I noticed something strange: it's possible to hit anywhere on the board top of turn 1 with a kraken if either you or your opponent is running a theme with +2" deployment. Here's my math.
7"/10" - Your deployment. 2" - Someone's deployment bonus. 5" - Base speed of Kraken 3" - Charge 3" - Feat 2" - Assail 16" - Hellblaster range 7/10" - Opponent's deployment.
Totals up to 48", so anywhere on the board (assuming LOS of course).

If you add the 10/7" deployment zone of your oponent in the ecuation then I wouldnt say its "anywhere on the board", you can only shoot and directly hit models that deployed exactly at those 7/10". In other words, you will only be able to directly hit a model that is exactly in front of the kraken if both the kraken and the target deployed at max distance.
The board has 48", -17" from both deployments means you have to cover 31" to directly hit that specific model. With assault, +2" of deployment and assail you reach exactly those 31"

Wouldn't this also require the target to be directly across the board from the kraken? (so if the target was deployed 5" to the left, the angle would make it not work)
