I am pretty excited to try out the new theme forces, the scourge of the broken coast included. I think Wrong eye will be a good addition to a satyxis list...if he can keep up. Star crossed on the high def infantry will be a real pain.
Skarre 2 Inflictor Ripjaw stalker Harrower Satyxis Raider Captain WrongEye and Snapjaw satyxis Raiders (max) + UA Satyxis gunslingers Satyxis blood witches (max) + UA
The harrower may be better replaced with a leviathan for ranged support + black spot. And tends to hit a bit harder. Inflictor is body guard duty/shield guard. The list does not crack armor well, but mulches infantry like crazy and should be able to jam and keep slower armies out of scenario pretty well.

That looks like fun, tibbers. My version of Skarre2 runs a Kraken and Ragman so I have the armour-crack that scourge lacks, plus the kraken adores black spot. The double gunslingers and ambushing blood witches also make for a lot of magical attacks that all RFP, so it becomes a great ghost fleet drop as well.
I've been trying to fit Wrong Eye and snappy into my dark host lists (currently Gaspy3 and Scavvy), but the points are just so tight with the three different bane units and the wraith engine. It's driving me batty trying to squeeze them in, because I know that star-crossed will be hilarious behind either ashen-veiled bane knights or just set defence backed up by knowledge of the damned.

As trolls/calandra have shown us, Star Crossed on DEF 12 is a thing. Though I have found, at least in my meta, when I bring the bane brick, my opponents have a tough enough time chewing through it without the star crossed help to the point where I can see them getting visually agitated by the list. So in the name of positive play experience, as fun as it would be for me, no star crossed in a bane list, lol.
The kraken does sound like fun under skarre 2 and is a great target for deathward as well. I need more practice with ragman. I have yet to get much use out of him when I field him, but its all about positioning, something I sorely lack at.

If you really want to teach yourself positioning, play some black industries games. The low model count punishes bad positioning heavily, and you learn very quickly (the hard way).
If you're looking for a fun way to start black industries, I've been playing Gaspy3 with the Devils shadow mutineers, and it's tons of fun and shockingly effective. (Nothing like having your battlegroup on the 25" line turn #1 to really put scenario pressure on your opponent)

If we're taking Satyxis with at one eye might as well throw Scaverous into the real and make your opponent ragequit.
Scavvie (+27) - Erebus - 0 - Reaper - 2 - Slayer - 10 - Nightwretch - 7 - Nightwretch - 7 Satyxis Raiders - 16 - Witch - 3 Blood Witches - 13 - Hag - 0 Wrong Eye and Snapjaw - 17

you can do the same thing in Dark Host, cryptix.
Both Scavvy and Gaspy3 can support bane knights who then sit with wrong-eye behind them.
Gaspy3: Bane knights with set defence plus Veil of Ash, means DEF 16 vs charges with star-crossed.
Scavvy: put on death ward to force ppl to charge (else they're not cracking ARM 20), and then they're trying to crack DEF 14 star-crossed and then cursing your entire bloodline when you make them re-roll a success with a soul.
