I'm sure you're tired of hearing it bud but great job this weekend! It'd be amazing if you'd talk to us a little bit about the three lists that you played at the Con. I imagine people would be most interested to hear about your Rhyas1 list but I'd personally love to hear you go into Fyanna too!
Also, congrats to the other Legion players who played this weekend. I know for a fact that Brent Simon was there as well as several other big names in the Legion community. Thanks for representing us and feel free to chime in with your thoughts on where Legion is headed in the competitive meta.

I'm gonna hop in and continue this congrats! I got to speak to JVM for a few moments near the end, mostly about his call for memes on facebook and his Fyanna oracles. I personally really like her in ravens, but totally understand why he went with the load-out that he did. Still, would love to hear some more thoughts!
On my adepticon adventures, I'm like 90% sure Typhon is worth the loss of 20 free points for abby2. He threats super far, gets a ton out of the feat, and can just eat like 2 heavies and still be arm20 with his animus up. It's actually insane, and is the source of most if not all of my wins with her as-so-far.

I can put a write up in here later on today. The three lists I played for IG are below while the two I played for masters were Fyanna2 oracles and rhyas1 below. I played Fyanna2 every round in masters and was list locked into the final vs Jason Watt who was also list locked into iron mother.

Did you play that Vayl list at all and if so do you think it's worth not playing in theme for? I have been playing it for the last few weeks and I love it but with the theme coming out I'm just curious.

Were you dropping Fyanna into something like Khador jack spam? My list has a BFS over a Raek and a solo. Feels slightly better into such bricky lists as a Pow20 Neraph is tasty and scary.
How come you have chosen not to take?

Were you dropping Fyanna into something like Khador jack spam? My list has a BFS over a Raek and a solo. Feels slightly better into such bricky lists as a Pow20 Neraph is tasty and scary. How come you have chosen not to take? Taking BFS reduces your free points. Also, blood seer is now in the list over the raek. Never look back! |

Congrats again, and again I am still waiting to see the battle report videos mentioned on FB. To echo the sentiment there - Rhays? with Fyanna1? HUH?
Mind you, I love Rhyas + Proteus ... never been a fan of Fyanna1 but you have stuck by her all this time. I am eager to see what that looks like in practice.

I'm pretty sure Fyanna1 is there for stupid amount of threat and assassination enabling. Charge 12 w/parry + 4 chain weapon. Hits an intervening large base, hops to the other side of it. Still has 2 swings to pitch a (small based) caster closer to the rest of the army and of course it's then knocked down. The rest of the game she's just a good solo hunter picking of UAs or something.
