Hey guys, just picked up the Blindwalker/Wrastler kit. Paid a whole 35 cents for it, 10.35 if you count my tournament entry fee, thanks to gift certificates from coming in second at a local tournament. There was a thread on the PP forums discussing the difficulties of pinning and magnetising this model. Thanks to PP's infinite wisdom of nuking the forums I can no longer reach that. Does anyone here have any experience making this model swappable between both models? I heard it was a bit difficult so I'm looking for advice before I delve into it myself!

The back is the hardest part. The tails and arms are pretty easy, and the Head isn't too much harder. The back just requires 2 different magnets at the top and bottom, and if they aren't on right they have a wonky looking hole on the side. I've discovered that all 2 people that use them in my LGS opted to not magnetize them.

Is it as bad as the dire troll kit? Cause that one is near impossible to get the back done right. I haven't tested out the gator yet.

It's about the same, tbh. My roommate has Trolls, and they were very similar.

pro tip - Glue the right wrastler arm and shoulder armor together. then magnetize that joint. I was bashing my head at lining up magnets through that piece for hours before I stopped being stupid.
I've got a stack of magnets on the bottom of the back plates and that's all. it is annoying to try and drill/sand out material to get a good glue point though. but if you can work that it's just a matter of getting the glued magnets to dry to their respective pieces while "assembled" and not glue to each other. I was using 1.5mm magnets i think. freaking tiny. but it sits well enough.
If you are not a fan of gaps, you'll have to be really good placing the magnets and/or have a really good fitting model (my wrastler back plate was torqued so it still doesn't sit flat.)

Well the only missing part for having both from a single kit is the torso and the legs. So I just glue this two part together then casted them from resin.
