Howdy folks!
Way back in 2014, a couple friends and I got together and started creating a podcast devoted to WarMachine/Hordes, and the battle reports we loved listening to. The entire idea was "borrowed" (read: taken) from Chain Attack, and before you go any further let me just say that if you're not listening to those guys: go do that.
If you enjoy Chain Attack, but want MORE... get a dojo subscription? But if you STILL want more... may I humbly recommend our podcast, Combo Smite.
We're 150 episodes in (well, 149 this week), and we post at least once a week on Monday mornings (Wednesday on the Muse Network). The majority of our episodes are devoted to battle reports, but we also did an enormous number of "Full Faction Reviews" going into Mk3, most of which weigh in at around 5-6 hours (HOURS) long.
The hosts are myself (I play Cygnar and Menoth), Nick (Legion, Retribution, and Mercs), Todd (Circle, Retribution, Cryx, and Mercs), Darrell (Menoth and Trolls), and Kassem (Skorne and Minions). We also rope local players into helping out occasionally and picking up Factions that we don't play ourselves when needed.
Kassem has also started doing a Wednesday podcast called "Strategy Street" which is just a few minutes long, devoted to analysis of a game he played the previous week and giving some insight into his strategy and tournament-pairing mindset. It's new (only 4 episodes so far!), but it's been really enjoyable for a snippet of WarMachine podcasting.
