This is a public service announcement regarding Old Witch 2.
First... OMG the model is beautiful. This is Dallas' paint job from Gen Con.
Second... if you bought your OW2 model on pre-release at a convention, please be aware that the legs will give way under the models weight. It's a resin issue. Here's a note I got back from frontdesk explaining the issue:
Filling out the form to order a new set of legs was a breeze. I've heard that the production issue will be sorted out by the time the model is ready for general release. It's a shame they had this production issue, but I appreciate that they're being so customer oriented about fixing this.
I'd like to offer my thanks to the gang at Murder of Crows who informed the community on their podcast about this issue (and they did so BEFORE I assembled my model...thanks guys!)

We had a chemical imbalance in a batch of resin that turned to not be strong enough to hold the model's overall weight. It's an isolated issue that we've already moved to address by making replacement parts with a different resin mix. To receive replacements you just need to fill out a form at our replacement portal here:
mispack.privateerpress.com/
You will be sent a ticket number for the request and you will be able to check on the status of the ticket, and view the tracking information for your package, by logging in to the portal with your email address and ticket number.
We will mail out the replacements as soon as possible.
Thanks,
-Matt R.
