I want to Customize my Grymkin with some unifying aesthetic. The part I want to stress is the Fey Nature of them. That they come of dream and tale.
Any idea how I could visually tie them all together like it? I plan at the very least to paint them all fantastical glowing colors, but any more ideas?

That's what I'd want to do, whenever I get around to Grymkin.
Try Thamarite Black as the base color for models, and then color anything you want colored with neon colors like Green, Purple, Orange, etc.
You can make the Piggyback mounts mostly black, with hints of texture to show off that they are spirits.
And I would want to put butcher's marks (dotted line sections) on the pigs for some fun.
The best way to tie Grymkin together is to make sure they have the same base colors. They are very different looking models, so you'll have to unify them with paint.
And to spitball, here's a couple more ideas: 1. Use grey cotton fluff as mist for the bases to cover some of the model's bottoms. 2. While bright colors are a great way to go for Grymkin, try to keep them a bit muted/dulled to give them a dark feel. 3. Look into glow in the dark paints. That would be killer.

I originally wanted a unifying theme...although, I definitely have not stuck to one. I feel its more "Grymm" like to just have whatever feels right at the time, go. Sorta like a band of mistfits...they have been great to paint, thus far!

I like the idea of the cotton mist on the bases. You could try highlighting them so they look as if they are lit from below instead of from above? That could (maybe) give them a surreal / "bump in the night" look? I feel like purple and teal might be good colours to suggest something a little unworldly? Random thought, perhaps fill shadow areas with sparkles, something like Kismet from the old Superman comics:

I too am looking for interesting paint schemes.
Feel like there's a lot of fun quirky models in the faction, but the studio scheme a bit bland and normal looking.
Do you think painting the troopers a dark red (devil / hell style) with glowing bright eyes would work? Might be too far the other way, but a bit of contrast / brightness is needed.
Anyone got photos of their schemes?

I've painted mine up pretty insane, I'm of the opinion that Grymkin look their best when they're fantastical looking.

Mine are... not worth taking photos of, but I have a theme. I don't think I'm going beyond Heretic and Dreamer with warlocks. I read Promethea, which has a visit to the realm of imagination, portrayed as floating mercury. The Dreamer and the Heretic both feature big swirls of cloth. And I have a light shoulder-cape in red with purple lines. So the Dreamers moons (artefacts of her imagination) will be in silver (pig iron, drybrushed with silver), while her cloak and the Heretics cloak will be red with purple lines (Skorne Red, and a quick purple mix made on the spot). All the beasts (skin, muscle, weapons) and the gremlins will be cast from their imaginations. IE, they are personified bits of imagination twisted into reality. Most of the cloth will be the beliefs of the Heretic (the red). So all the army will be, to some extent, clothed in the beliefs of the Heretic, armed with the delusions of the Dreamer... This results in an army in a red and silver motif, and me cosplaying a touch in that shoulder cape

I prefer the themes that make them look real and visceral, rather than dreamlike and ethereal, that way they are like nightmares given real form
