I'm thinking of attending a masters event in a couple of months despite how inexperienced I am (been to an event before and it was good fun regardless).
After looking through the ADR, I'm a little underwhelmed by the selection circle get.
For those that haven't seen the roster, it's Tanith, Kaya 3, Morv 1 and Bradigus.
Tanith is the only one out of those 4 that I've played, but I think I'd be stuck for a good second list based on the others.
I think Bradigus won't be worth playing until stoneshaper change hits.
Morvhana 1, I'm on the fence about her I like that she can bring back models, but the whole forest thing on kill feels underwhelming especially when compared to things like Wurmwoods feat.
I think Kaya 3 is cool, but when I look at her I can't stop comparing her to Kromac 2, who I have quite a few games played with.
Am I right in thinking it'll probably be best to avoid building for ADR?
The current warlocks I like are Kromac 2, Krueger 2 & 1, Tanith, Baldur 2 and Mohsar. So I'm thinking something involving Kromac 2 and Tanith/Krueger2/Mohsar. Baldur 2 has been good to me, but he's a little too boring.

If you are going to masters then I would avoid this current ADR. It just simply does not provide the answers needed in that environment. My experience in the NOVA region (I'm going to my first big con tourney in a week!) Is that we need at least one dedicated gunline drop in our pairing to have any chance.
If you end up playing champions I recommend Kaya 3 and Tanith, You wont do well into cygnar but can preform OK against the other ADR casters. Our ADR currently stinksand shows how dependant we are on Wurmy and Baldur for gunline tech :/

Kaya3 griffon spam is a pretty solid drop into gunlines.
Even if they have anti-stealth (Sloan), you keep fog of war up and feat for Def 17 griffons.
So Tanith / Kaya3 could be a good ADR pairing.

I would say Kaya 3 with any type of defensive skew on heavy and light beasts is pretty effective. Synergy helps things hit and hit hard. She is not a bad caster at all.
