I'd say Blightblades and Grotesque Raiders are roughly equivalent, depending on the exact role you require of them. I personally prefer the former due to DEF15, CMA potential, and stealth that doesn't rely on a solo, but plenty of people prefer the latter for more bodies and slightly higher offensive output (Gang vs 2-man CMAs).

Blightblades, as most things up until now, fall short as their preferred target is not prevalent in the meta. Again, no fault of design. But infantry are starting to make their way back into lists for SR17.
A unit of Blightblades and incubi make for a amazingly obnoxious way to jam up an opponent. CMA and back strikes give them plenty of threat when they ambush into some single wound doods.
Personally I've used them with Vayl 1 for some fun. They ambush in, Vayl puts chiller on them, they charge/run to engage and spread that -2 def. Incite, if the live to see it, also lets them get some respectable work done.
Though I've yet to get crit-grievous wounds. Their on-par with my naga for never hitting shadow bind on an enemy model. Gets it on a frenzy everytime though.
