I would only take one unit of shamblers, keep the witch doctor to make them tough, add in 2 mist speakers one for the shamblers one for Rask.
In the barnabus list it looks like a pop and drop list, it might be better out of theme with brigands if you have them. And croak hunters are good to fit the ranged game theme.
Not sure what Rask needs an arc node for, maybe upgrade him to another wrastler.

Sorry for late reply but yes was considering putting Barnabas out of theme to benefit more from piggy guns or perhaps boomhowlers etc as I'm not using any posse it does seem to be slightly redundant. The only concern is pig stuff is not amphibious so the shooting denial game wouldn't be quite as strong, As for two units of shamblers it is of course important to remember that the bokur can use shamblers from either unit to power up his attacks which can catch people unawares but certainly not amiss to going down to 1 unit. Not sure on having a unit of shamblers + Mist Speaker + Croc Doc though as that turns it into a 19pt unit which it certainly is not worth even with the buffs - where it's main job is to keep Rask alive. Then again never used a Mist speaker so perhaps I might change my mind with a bit of playtesting. I do like Croak hunters and have a bit of soft spot for them.
