OK.
To throw some gas on a flame war I will submit that PP is suffering right now from a problem that MANY small companies go through - that the founder is disengaged from the day to day operations but exerts a very strong influence on direction since it is "his" (or hers)
And let me submit that exhibits A & B in that are the results from L&L that showed that Cyngar is clearly at the tippy top of the power curve (along with Cryx) and that, even then, they are the FIRST faction to get a new set of toys in the trencher theme and will kick off the relaunch of NQ.
You further see it in the new skirmish game - with Cyngar getting additional models and toys.
Perhaps that reflects sales. I doubt it but perhaps. But I can tell you it is definitely DRIVING sales - and at some point it means that PP is going to have to rely on new players picking up Cyngar (and/or factions migration to them) to grow. Definitely NOT, IMHO, a winning strategy.

Well I know Cygnar has a huge amount of bullcrap mary sue stuff thrown its way, but Khador also recently got an extra caster separate from any releases.
Cygnar does definitely get extra attention, but that's Warmachine in general.
I do see some disconnect in play at PP since they "Know" whats coming out and we don't.

This is neither helpful nor factual. It's speculation to start an unfounded argument. I see no point in this thread being opened.

Good golly. The flagship factions of Privateer Press' main game get earlier releases. Alert the media!

Definitely NOT, IMHO, a winning strategy. This is quite a bit unreasonable: 1) Cygnar won the tournament with an already nerfed list. This was the last tournament with old Stormlances, since NQ Prime Stormlances will have the new rules and will be a lot toned down. 2) Release schedule was set like that since months. We all did know that trenchers were the first to get the stuff, well before the results of L&L could show anything... Same goes for the new game that was already produced months before L&L (and where Cygnar just gets a new solo and a bad one at that). Pretend them to change their production lines just because a faction won a tournament is totally unreasonable. That said, attacking directly a PP member (or anyone actually) is against the forum rules, so please from own onwards talk about PP in general and not a single member of it, since we don't know who decides what.

Debates about abstract business policies are fine, please do not single people out.
