Its good to keep in mind just generally that models have tended to get weaker over the CID cycle, so its possible some of the things we are really excited about, like the bears, might get toned down a bit
On the other hand, the War wagon kept crushing weight, which I'm still having a hard time believing, so it is possible all the new stuff will stay this awesome, just keep in mind as we go forward this month what we're looking at now might not be what we end up with.

Absolutely, but to see a suggested 33% points increase is simply insane. Please give us a decent unit that has a chance to hit something hard and maybe... just maybe... survive a turn outside of the stone.
The strength in this unit comes from it threating damage and potentially surviving outside of the brick. Trollbloods NEED that. If someone is bringing it in the brick, then they're losing the strategic advantage at the sides.

I do think that the big distinction mattmcd is in cost. Bears cost only 9 points. while sentinals cost 22 with UA (which you always take.) Without buffs, the bears have pathfinder (outside of the charge,) AD and Ambush, meaning that there are many more ways for them to make it up the field (especially when combined with prowl.) This is not mentioning that the Stone exists (and now fuels itself,) which is a much more ubiquitous buff than Issyria's feat (the only "additional die drop the lowest" effect in ret) is. Sentianls killing 2 heavies with a feat is fine because they cost 22 points and die to electroleaps without their minifeat. The Bears cost half what the sentinals do without the UA, and can do what sentinels do point-for-point (since you can take 2 units) while also being tankier and having more ways to deploy. Saying all of this, I don't know that the bears are especially over costed. I think that 10 points for a unit that can make a good run at killing a khador heavy without buffs, are fairly tanky and have prowl to protect themselves, and have AD and Ambush to take the combats that they want is perfectly reasonable.

I can see 10pts. Wouldn't complain a bit about it. I'm just on a rant because according to much of the community everything should suck or cost much more because of the stone. But, this unit's real strength is that it threatens from outside the brick, from outside the stone aura. It doesn't let the opponent sit outside of threat ranges while spreading the board against low control warlocks.
