See now my Abby2 list has a pair of Neraphs in it.. But to be honest i think i like Thags way way more for theme to be honest. If you want to actually take Hex Hunters he gives them Stealth and you can build some hideous beast bricks whilst maintaining Typhon...
Can't decide which list i like more...
Thags1 Typhon Carnivean x4 Shepherd x2 Spell Martyr Forsaken x2 Hellion x2
Or
Thags1 Succubus Typhon Carnivean x2 Seraph Naga Forsaken x2 Hex Hunters with Bayal
🤔

I have very similar dilemma. Only way is to test it out but next gaming night games im playing league games with blocked lists. But I will probalby go with HH first. Blodseer sems fine with them and S&H but removing Naga can hurt.

My opinion if double AA is that it is too fragile. Tried to make it work but you just can't commit the AA. Seen one die to 5 charging Halberdiers.

Due to an over consumption of caffeine I was up absurdly late last night. I ended up spending some time in the dojo. Here's what I came up with.
Theme: Oracles of Annihilation
Lylyth3 - Succubus (free) - Carnivean x2 - Ravagore - Angelius - Nephilim Bolt Thrower - Naga Nightlurker
Blackfrost Shard 2x Forsaken (free) 2x Shepherd Objective: Bunker
This is intended to solve the problem that Khador has been posing to us lately. Competitive Khador pairings these days often include one list that spams heavies under Harkevich or Karchev and one list with roughly 5 budget heavies and a whole bunch of Winter Guard units packing rockets and a couple Mortars in the Winter Guard Kommand theme. It has enough heavies that do work to take on Khadoran ones, Windwall to protect the beasts from rockets and enough guns to respond in kind. Ravagore is really scary against low ARM single wound infantry these days since it's now AOE4 with POW8 blast damage. Blackfrost Shard benefit a ton from Apparition since they can then tag a target with Kiss from 18" away. Even the Ravagore can deal decent damage in melee after this debuff. Bolt Thrower and Naga are there for the usual reasons but also help give the list a realistic assassination threat - Lylyth's shots, a POW15 from the Ravagore, 2x POW14 sprays, POW12 shot from Angelius, yet another POW14 from Bolt Thrower - enough to close out a game on most casters who are left exposed.
You can pair just about any brick breaker with this list. I'm thinking of either Kallus1 out of theme or Abby2 also in Oracles with Proteus and 4x Carniveans. What do you guys think?

Omg so much possible movement in this list with the feat and sprint combined!!! I dig it! Take out 2 neraphs and you get Typhon as well.

So Oracles of Annihilation is amazing. I'm trying to get this to work just because I believe it to be entertaining. The twins getting to put out all their upkeeps for free and running turn one is a huge shift in board presence. The AA is just for my fun. I know there was a big thread about using a Blightbringer and blowing things up with Rhyas so you'd be welcome to do that too. Originally I was trying to use a Naga to shadowbind what I wanted the AA to shoot. but that little worm literally, I'm not exaggerating, has a 100% miss rating for me. Granted, blessed weapons make him worth his points in gold. but I should not be missing boosted 8s constantly. So I put in bees, for more fun. Swap those 8 points as you wish. conflictchamber.com/#ba1b_-0tfdcq28eKepaKbrbjblb9beb9coLegion Army - 75 / 75 points [Theme] Oracles of Annihilation !!! You are using a pre-release theme. (Saeryn 2 & Rhyas 2) Saeryn & Rhyas, Talons of Everblight [+24] - Rhyas - Archangel [37] - Harrier [3] - Zuriel [18] - Blight Wasps [8] - Nephilim Protector [10] Blackfrost Shard [9] Blighted Nyss Hex Hunters (min) [9] - Bayal, Hound of Everblight [0] The Forsaken [0] Blighted Nyss Sorceress & Hellion [0] The Forsaken [4] Spell Martyr [1] Banishing ward goes and stays on the Archangel. Occultation actually has been going on the protector. So you can't shoot him off the table first. You have to try and hit def 16~18 and have that good chance to miss before I shield guard it. Rhyas puts up the pathfinder-charge spell on herself...and everything runs turn one.

Ah, no edit post feature. I do think a Bloodseer would be useful. but not as entertaining.
Also think Abby1 could use the theme well too. Since she can't afford all of her upkeeps in a single turn. Have yet to put a list together for that yet though.

My Abby1 before the theme was:
Abby1 - Carnivian - Proteus - Angelius - Protector - Naga Min Hex Hunters Bayal 2 Forsaken 2 Shepherds 2 Spell Martyrs Hellmouth
With the Theme - I drop the Hellmouth (boo) but gain a Seraph and Max Teleporting Hexhunters, which sounds a lot better.
Definitely going to try it out very soon.
We can't edit posts because we've not signed up to the forum I think.
