The Targ minion model card states that it will work for Trollblood. But can anyone tell me how to include it

Okay, so Targ has 2 rules to look at for this. The first is that he is a Minion, and he can work for Trolls.
Second, he has the attached rule. But he can only be attached to a Minion Warlock.
In Warmachine/Hordes, there are different point levels. Once you get to 125 points, you bring 2 warcasters/warlocks.
You second caster/lock can be a merc or minion that is able to work for your faction.
So, if you took Madrak2 as your first warlock, you could also take Bloody Barnibus as your second. And since Barnibus is a Minion Warlock, you could attach Targ to him.

It just adds confusion for a rule that is used in 0.000000001% of games

Pretty dumb. 125 points would take forever to play. One thing I'd be interested in would be a 50 point game with 2 casters. The big problem is that WMH is a pretty well balanced game from 0-100 points, but as soon as multiple casters join in, that balance goes out the window. I mean, imagine Butcher1/Vlad1, or Haley2/Stryker1. It'd be crazy.

If you want balance in 2 caster games you just house rule that you can only have 1 feat per turn and follow the unbound rule set.
My buddy and I played it that way in MKII and it was a blast. 3 casters and 150pts (MKII) per side and it lasted 5.5hrs.
