Looking over the new forge seer I am in love! Exactly what I played in my Iron Kingdoms game and I need 2 ASAP.my only issue is winters wind...i can only think of about 2 model with immuneity cold and i see where I could use the spell. It's just like the FS COULD BE up to better things. Thoughts?

Probably never. Unless you put it on Sorscha1 or Zerkova1/2.
At 10/16, anything that you want to make stationary will probably end up killing the Forgeseer first and it won't trigger.

Thus is the conclusion I came to as well because of the stats. Many he could use it on himself during a Bunker feat? I think I wpuld just have him on mk2 koldune Lord being a power boosting battery every turn.

Probably corner case moments like during irusk1's feat. Of course if theme makes shocktroopers immune to cold you will cast it a whole bunch

PP just seem to think Arm 16 with 8 boxes is like super tough...
So in order to use it, the Seer needs to not be the primary target. But rather standing near enough to the target to freeze things that attack it. You could for example have him sitting next to a jack, then assuming they can't remove him with something else a heavy attacking your jack will need to either 'waste' an attack killing him and do less damage to your jack or get frozen.
Of course since 10/16 won't survive most shooting, removing him if he's that far up is usually not difficult. What we need are cold immune jacks!

Ooh, that could actually be a good idea for a new chassis. All cold immune with various forms of shock and awe weaponry.
