This is just a really quick question I thought I would ask. Does anyone know if pre-orders from Miniature Market are shipped so that they arrive day of release like some companies do or do they ship them on the release day?

IIRC they ship on release day.
Though from experience it seems like they ship the preorders very fast. I think they might sometimes upgrade the shipping level more than what you've paid. I've gotten flat rate postal packages within 3 days of the release.

As someone who used to ship out packages for a business, there's an awful lot of variance in how fast something arrives. Maybe you're closer than you think to their warehouse, maybe transfers and schedules work out just right to receive things faster. Over 9 years at that job I watched UPS's delivery expectation map steadily eat up more and more of the country with next day and 2 day delivery. The postal service is competing with that so I'm sure they've upped their game as well.
