Hey guys long time no see! Was away form the forums for a bit haveing a daughter!! Now that things are quieting down a bit I have had the chance to come back mostly due to Old Witch 2 announced. So I wanted to break into MK3. And get in the mood with my favorite caster Old witch and saw the change to Iron Flesh? It's more fluffy for out play style as a whole I feel but now I'm not sure what to give grandma for support. Pikeman? Mow? Horseman?

More over what are the uses of the new IF4? Thanks for any help getting me back into the swing of things.

Well. What about kayazy? Imune to blast and then you can cloud them and, for example dooms with clouds. She isn't that good in mk3 (which favors caster that can run multiple jacks well) but she is fun as heck.

True I could just stick with the basics I have the standard WGIDS, and full Kazyay I guess I will have to get used to blast immune and not pie in the sky defense. Kinda refreshing!

Are there any huge changes i should be aware of?

I noticed assault komando lost assault and battery:( that was a fav of mine. Looks like kossite are...the same? I have war room 2.0 btw.

I am really liking old witch1 again. The field Marshall apparition is awesome and yes I dig iron flesh on Kayazy. I have a lot less fear running them up.

I think once 2017 steamroller is fully out her feet will become a lot more useful

Blast damage immunity is stronger this edition than it was last edition.

Really? I thought it was common before. Looking over it I do notice a big change for destroyers in that reguard! Cool. Mow Demo...look worse?

Run scrapy, Weald Secrets then feat. this stops all infantry models and sometimes hurts the jacks/beasts too.

I really like this list! I'm partial to mortar than the feild gun tho🤔 perhaps swap out the gun for an artillirtist?

It's really fun! I set up with kodiak in the middle jug each side and the flanked by the marauders. Kodiak takes first hit then marauders combo into threat knocking down jack/beast. Mortars fire on kd model. Or jugs go in for the kill!
That is an option (I don't have the model yet) I like having the field gun to support with the kd options.
