Do you think we will ever get access to an arc node outside of Scrapjack? Z1/Z2?
I think we should get access to a jack with an arc node outside of scrap jack and the Z1 and Z2 nodes. Is it time? I have herd that S1 would be insane if we had arc nodes.... and I agree to an extent.
When you put S1 w Arc node up against.... Rahn w Arc node:
IMO
Sorcha slings freeze which could be shaken while Rahn can move a model 2" and change its facing.
Just curious what everyones thoughts are?

I believe a big issue is that not everything can shake it, namely units and solos.
That said, a character jack for Zerkova with an arc node would be pretty sweet.

Nope.
And sadly, for no good reason.
Z1 and Z2 both have built in arcing now, even if lame. I can't see PP giving her a character jack that arcs as well. Shame, looking at Hemera.

Not while Sorscha1 has tempest.
Making that spell unmissable would be mean.

Probably not an arc node. We might get something else with the channeler rule though. We could get a solo with an orgoth artifact, or a MoW with the rule. Like that CoC solo.

Something like caster-specific arcnode or upkeep-only\friendly only arcnode to get around Sorscha is possible.

I like the Channeler idea.
I do not see a reason why, at this point, we should not have an arc node. Maybe The forge seer should have been able to have 1 spell slung through it a turn? I dunno.
I feel S1 being able to freeze a unit for a turn or two isn't that bad... I mean its not good for the other player but its not like your nuking the whole unit. I feel there are way more powerful combo's with "arc node + Caster."

Not while Sorscha1 has tempest. Making that spell unmissable would be mean. Scourge True, but it has a smaller aoe. And 5 less pow in the aoe.

All they need to do is come up with a channeler that has Animosity: "Women warcasters". That will cut the problematic warcasters out of the eligible models. 😂
Sorry, I'm being sarcastic.

It's nothing to do with omg S1 would be op with arc nodes. It's simply the faction fluff says we don't have them. So we don't have them.
Having arc nodes would add a completely different way to play Khador to the game, but S1 with an arc node is still no where near as good as Denny1 with an arc node. And Cryx get the cheapest arc nodes in existence...
