I've had the twins since they came out, I have yet to play them. I wasn't keen on the high skill cap required to pilot them. My question is with our themes and metas in mind which would I benefit the most from learning? I am leaning towards the twins because I feel if I do put in the time they could really shine.
Any good twins list suggestion? I am leaning toward a unit of swordsmen and a unit of raptors and build up from there.

Twins have more versatility. I hate to say it since Rhyas is my main girl, but she's kinda a 1 maybe 2 trick pony. You either deliver her for an assassination or use her feat to get up on attrition and open space for an assassination. Aside, from teleport shenanigans, the Twins bring what Rhyas alone does plus spell slinging from Saeryn.
For both of them I think the obligatory models are a Seraph, Protector and Zuriel. Other than those three, I've heard people swear by Raptors as well as the Blightbringer with the Twins.

Are you guys having more luck with a couple units or something more along the lines of JVM's wrong eye solo variation?

Personally I've had more luck with the Wrongeye & Snapjaw version because it makes cheating the piece trade relatively easy. Go in, kill a thing and then refuse to be killed in return due to Star-crossed. Legion infantry is a bit too dumpy to bother with in a lot of cases though I guess the Twins would do more for a unit like Swordsmen than most Warlocks.

What pairing did you find worked well for the twins?
