Since my thread on the old PP forums seems to have gone missing, I'll have to move stuff over here. For the moment though: In-no-way-tournament-legal Gudrun the Wanderer:

Interesting take on Gudrun! I'd like to see more of your stuff.

It's very cool, but I'm confused. Your avatar is Gobber, and you turned an ogrun into a pig. So what army is he in? 😜

Hehe I happened to have an old mage knight figure that made good medium based pig legs, so I figured I'd make a Gudrun (who I don't otherwise own) in case I ever have a whim bring him in thornfall theme. Greenstuff+brigand head+mule barrel took it from there; nowhere near enough PP parts to be legal. More conversions: Helga: Easily my favorite conversion; much more dynamic than the base model and fits visually with the slaughterhousers now. 2 malifaux pigs complete the mother of pigguns look. Road Hog: Got an extra war hog for 5$ that became a roadie. Cephalyx warden clamp, Mule cannon+fire eater torch, crude greenstuff goggles. Currently painting the fuel tanks I just added to the flamethrower which are barely visible in this pic. Goraxes: Greenstuff pig snouts, still need to do the hooves on one of them. Not visible in this pic, but the one with the warjack arm has a boiler and smokestack on his back as well. Talon: Khador Runner (grind light jack)+nomad head+talon shield+lancer arm+revenger spear shaft+random 40k bit for spearhead Nomad Horde: Front two are based on grind ironclads. Back middle one is a crusader with greenstuffed shoulders. All of them have headswaps. Steelhead Solos and Unit Leaders: There's a 3$ reaper bones samurai miniature (nakayama) who has a flag with a fish crest on it. Naturally, this is a perfect fit for a steelhead army. Makes it much easier to identify who to measure from for aura buffs, command ranges, etc (and brings in more color). Between Damiano, Stannis Nick, 2 Cav leaders, 2 Rifle Leaders, and 3 Halb leaders I have spent way too much money on these flags. This was the first army I painted; I really need to go back and dress them up a bit (as I am currently doing with my thornfall). Turned some metal halbs into additional riflemen using bits leftover from the combination plastic kit: Pork Ghosts are really easy to make: Walrii: Need I say more? They have tails:

All of this stuff is very creative but my favorites are the walrii! Those are fantastic and I wish PPwould see them. They add so much to The Skorne beasts, it always felt like the sculptor of the first one got bored and never finished it. These on the other hand look complete.

Insufficiently porcine totem hunters were annoying me now that they're showing up in pigs' wwff lists...

Nice Bacon Hunter. I still like the walrii the best though.

Nice Bacon Hunter. I still like the walrii the best though. Thanks to some good ebay finds, it just so happens I have another battlebox, bronzeback, and rhino arriving in the mail tomorrow, so more to come soon(ish). And for a not-quite-tournament legal addition that might take a bit longer, the parts for the animantarax's howdah are on their way as well!

Looking good! Is the seating area resin? Are you going to pull it off before baking the clay, or is it safe to bake with the resin attached?

The resin was removed before it went in the oven.
