I think this guy became my favorite Khadoran Warcaster. I liked him so much that I even made him a Custom Warjack.
He's kinda given the "Bleh" look but In my mind, he's pretty great. One of those few Rare Warcasters that has an unusual set of kit, but that kit all works together.
His feat is way harder to bypass than people give it credit for (It's not as easy as "Park a Mini in the back"), and it has other utility as well. He works divine in Jaws of the Wolf, but actually interesting in Iron Legion.
He works great with a variety of things, but you gotta know charge ranges and prepare LOS angles beforehand.
He's also incredibly tough to assassinate from a Range, so he can be played up forward much more aggressively to take advantage of his battle tactics. For that I would actually recommend the mechanic UA because he allows AOEs to be redirected, and then safely disperse on targets that won't all proceed to die.

I've been playing him for ages now. He's paired with my Butcher1 MoW List.

I've played him only once, at about the time he was released, haven't played him since, what would be a typical list for him? I have to admit I haven't really tried to build list with him. As you said he has an unusual toolkit, that makes building list with him interesting but also quite a task since I don't have a basic list set up in my mind yet.

Well, what's likely is that everybody has their own idea of what they want so it's probably more different. In general for me, its things with reposition, and stuff that knock stuff down, or Immobilize it. OR have Parry.

Also because nobody asked for it: "Optimus" The idea being is that it's a character Jack but all that it has picked up is Cowardice and Treachery. So it refuses to get its feet Dirty and stands atop a dying Demo Core MOW. Its Jazzed up with a whole bunch of doodads meant to emulate opulence but not exactly practicality. I don't do details well, but I paint with heart.

Ah man, I wish I still had my character Grolar. It was ripping apart a Hunter, Megatron style.

Heh. I had a Battlebox of Cyriss from when I was bitter I have canabalized their parts to form:
A: Lots of destroyed Bases
B: A homemade Victor Cannon for the Resin Conquest (For some reason I magnetized it WHEN it came out so it was just a matter of adding new parts).

I can't get over his model. Anybody had any luck converting him? Before I sold it (recurring theme if you can't tell...) I used Irusk2 with his head and replaced the flag hand with a splayed one and glued a winter guard to it.

I can't get over his model. Anybody had any luck converting him? I tried giving him a Sac Pawn Base!...Before the spray on lacker turned out to have been bubbly and slightly yellow and tinted the whole thing icky. Still remains as a model though: Again I paint for looking good from a distance on the Field. Not for upclose camera shots (But im doing it anyway)

I don't really have an issue with his sculpt. It seems to be modelled around Irusk1.
He is a great combined arms caster.

I've been playing him very jack heavy, but not in any theme. I give him two destroyers and three juggernauts, two drakhuns, Fenris, a wardog, and great bears. He takes these great units and solos and turns them right up, and he works wonders with the jacks too.

I like him quite a bit but I feel like he is one release from being great. I am Not a fan of jaws as a theme unless you are going all jacks - the infantry kinda sucks outside a few cornercase uses like Irusk2 double Kayazy, and since he want a large battle group it feels like he lacks that one thing.
Still, a horse of cheap jacks is nothing to laugh at with him. If I ever get some more Marauders he is going back into my rotation. Something like:
3 Juggers 3 Marauders Behemoth Filler units
