With Chiron being released tomorrow I've been wondering if he is enough to help push winds of death over the top. Granted having to take Xekaar as the castor for the list is a pretty big blow as he is easily assassinated and his spell list is a bit lack luster.
Xekaar -Chiron -Titan Cannoneer -Titan Cannoneer -Krea Extoller soulward - free with theme Extoller Soulward - free with theme Venator Dakar Venator Dakar Max Venator Reivers -officer and standard Max Venator Slingers Min Beast handlers
So that's 3 ranged beasts all with magical POW15 attacks that can threaten 20" and 19" respectively. Dakar's hang with the venators to let them have 2 cra's with re-rolls on damage and re-roll to hit with their officer. Slingers can Jam or work to clear infantry with acid bath or try and tag things with flare, maybe run a dakar with them to help get them to rat6 so they can hit things.

I think you're going to want some points for Marketh - if you're close enough to cast Mortality without some kind of end of turn movement, you're probably dead or about to kill their caster.

You can take bonded-beasts in theme forces with their lock. Which is the only reason I am even considering Xekaar You know a lock's broken when you tell your opponent "I'm literally bringing him because he's my beast's bond.
